DrDawkinstein
Now THIS is an absolutely gorgeous house! Way nicer than the one Josh was rumored to have purchased. Props to the Pecas for having great taste. Agreed, all it's missing is a pool.

CookieG
The house looks so nice...and then you get to the kids' room, which looks like an Amtrak sleeping compartment...the one without the bathroom.

I love paying taxes but it’s the $140/HOA fee that would break the bank for me. In addition to a pool I’d want a covered outdoor living area. The fireplace back there comes up short for me. I’ll pass…. I think the school taxes alone were $18k/year. That’s some good education! Where we live on my next birthday the school board portion of my property tax goes away, saving about 2/3 of the tax bill. It’s nice to see that money bought good taste in this instance. Beautiful home - but I’d still want the outdoor living space. Plenty of space to add on. . Edited June 19, 2021 by Augie

I understand the importance of outdoor living space, but how much pool time would you get in Clarence on an annual basis? ..
