AUSTIN, Texas (AP) — Texas’ power grid operator asked residents Tuesday to voluntarily cut back on electricity due to anticipated record demand on the system as a heat wave kept large swaths of the state and southern U.S. in triple-digit temperatures.

On the last day of spring, the sweltering heat felt more like the middle of summer across the South, where patience was growing thin over outages that have persisted since weekend storms and tornadoes caused widespread damage.

"Just a stunt"

Human trafficking across state lines…to America’s great, Democrat-controlled metropolises where they are in no danger from the authorities. Some would prefer they stay under a bridge in El Paso. Sad!

How many Buffalo folks died in last year's blizzard.

Most of the people died for reasons other than not having HEAT.

Another thing that chaps the a$$ of LW nut jobs is that since Texas started Operation Lone Star, the name alone makes them whacked with rage has led to over 495,400 illegal immigrant apprehensions and more than 38,300 criminal arrests, with more than 34,700 felony charges.
