ChevyVanMiller Posted June 15, 2021 Posted June 15, 2021 (edited) Two former Bills made the cut: Sammy Watkins at number 50 and this guy ??? at number 17. I bet most of you won’t guess him, I know that I sure didn’t. Let’s play a game: post your guess below BEFORE you click the link to see who it is. No cheating. I bet there will be lots of great wrong answers. Don’t give it away for other participants. https://www.espn.com/college-football/insider/story/_/id/31598964/college-football-50-greatest-wide-receivers-50-years For those of you who want the answer scroll down... The answer is Josh Reed, LSU WR from 1999-2001. Edited June 15, 2021 by ChevyVanMiller
dreadlox Posted June 15, 2021 Posted June 15, 2021 Zay jones was a collegiate freak, wasn’t he? Did i guess correctly? 1
Buffalo716 Posted June 15, 2021 Posted June 15, 2021 (edited) 95% of people won't be able to read it because it's ESPN + I do have it so I won't give the answer away Edited June 15, 2021 by Buffalo716 1

Von Braun Posted June 15, 2021 Posted June 15, 2021 (edited) I'm guessing Josh Reed. He was the Biletnikoff winner and and holds several SEC records. Only two years of production though. Edited June 15, 2021 by Von Braun
MJS Posted June 15, 2021 Posted June 15, 2021 I know it has only been a few posts, but I'm ready to know. Spill the beans. 1
Solomon Grundy Posted June 15, 2021 Posted June 15, 2021 My guess is Perry Tuttle. He’s also my answer for the worst Bills pick in 50 years
StHustle Posted June 15, 2021 Posted June 15, 2021 His hands got better towards the end of his career and even had a few "sure handed" seasons. People seem to often forget that focus on his early career dropsies.
BruceVilanch Posted June 15, 2021 Posted June 15, 2021 Reed or Zay, both great WR's in the NCAA that didn't translate. 1

Chevy, by tonight can you tell us?
Royale with Cheese Posted June 15, 2021 Posted June 15, 2021 I don’t have ESPN+ but I will say Peter Warrick #1?
machine gun kelly Posted June 15, 2021 Posted June 15, 2021 Royale, I think Chevy is toying with us as more don’t have +. That stinker Chevy.

machine gun kelly Posted June 15, 2021 Posted June 15, 2021 I did read it bud and when you open the link you get 50-48. I reread you’re post and still don’t know #17. It’s fine as it’s not that big of a deal.

jwhit34 Posted June 15, 2021 Posted June 15, 2021 Jerry Rice is not on the list. He played for a smaller school but had 300 catches, almost 4,700 receiving yards and 50 TDs. Imagine him in the Air Raid offenses in today's college game. Kirk Gibson is a cool name to put on the list at #45 but better college career than Rice? And you really can't use the small school argument against him either. At #40 is Aaron Turner who went to Pacific. Their football program folded 3 years after he graduated and his numbers weren't as good (266-4,345-43). 1
