Dont Stop Billeiving Posted June 14, 2021 Posted June 14, 2021 The way Cam Newton is throwing the ball these days just looks so weird to me. It really jumped off the screen when we played the Pats this past season and he's still doing it on that video, think his motion has changed since his Panthers days. It just looks like he's snapping his wrist and holding onto the ball a half second too long in my very non-expert opinion. Not related, but #50 is a super weird number for a QB even if it's just for practice...was that Mac Jones? 4 1 Quote

Utah John Posted June 14, 2021 Posted June 14, 2021 (edited) Maybe one of the TEs they picked up can play QB. That's the only way they'll get the ball in their hands. Edited June 14, 2021 by Utah John 3 Quote

K-9 Posted June 14, 2021 Posted June 14, 2021 Doubt they will look Tre’s way often enough for him to get a ton of picks. 1 Quote

Paup 1995MVP Posted June 14, 2021 Posted June 14, 2021 Cam would not make many NFL rosters, even as a back up at this point. The guy has fallen off a cliff. 1 Quote
SirAndrew Posted June 14, 2021 Posted June 14, 2021 No surprise imo, but it’s funny how many media folks anointed Mac Jones as a great selection. Jones is just another mid round QB, but he’s getting all these props because BB is supposed to make him the next Brady. Quote

H2o Posted June 14, 2021 Posted June 14, 2021 You know it's bad when you're missing throws terribly with no pads and wearing shorts. Cam's arm looks shot. 1 3 Quote

qwksilver Posted June 14, 2021 Posted June 14, 2021 I can't see how Jones doesn't start the year, wasn't he the "most ready" QB in the draft? Newton looks like a shell of himself. He needs to retire or do the Teebow thing and try TE. Quote
