T master Posted May 15, 2021 Posted May 15, 2021 (edited) Fauci's got more S**T thank a christmas turkey !! The science is always changing to fit the narrative ... Don't open the schools's open the schools's but only if children get vaccinated - we need to wear a mask out side you don't need a mask if your vaccinated ! What happens when the public finds out you can still get the virus after you been vaccinated ? Just get VAX-ED OR MAST . Been calling BS & will continue to call BS !! Edited May 15, 2021 by T master

Occam's razor, you know. But since China is beloved by the left... I pointed out Occam's Razor to a coworker last August when we restarted school and they actually argued the simplest explanation is that a bat traveled hundreds of miles and ended up near the research facility, and that diseases just popping up Wuhan is normal. This is a well educated person who understands the concept but could not admit that China was at fault because it would prove Trump was not the main problem. 1

And no matter what he believes the origins were, China was sequencing the virus before alerting the rest of the world that there was a significant outbreak.

Well those in charge seem to be trying to make people think if they get it they are immune but their actions up until today make them look foolish because now that the CDC has changed their stance they are making it look as if they are suddenly free . And Fauci can't make up his dam mind on nothing one time it's one thing the next day or so it's something different even if the science tells us different . It's almost like a bad soap opera .

You don't seem to be understanding the concept. It's the same as getting the flu vax each year. We all know that if you get the flu shot, you're much less likely to get badly sick or spread the flu. If you get the covid shot, you're much less likely to get badly sick or spread the covid. The population should get vaxxed and get away from the masks, but we're all too busy bitching and moaning about it all.
RiotAct Posted May 16, 2021 Posted May 16, 2021 Juat a fun little 14-month long surrendering of our way of life! Thankfully, it’s finally coming to an end.

ALF Posted May 16, 2021 Posted May 16, 2021 It's not the job of Dr Fauci to call the shots , that's the purpose of the CDC

I mean, everyone says follow what DR Fauci says.. so is he completely clueless or is the CDC completely clueless. based on the Mother’s Day quote, one of them has to be. The CDC is opening things up but still advising masks in crowded interior spaces and such. Fauci is saying back to life as we knew it with no restrictions at all. I would say Fauci is by nature very cautious; that comes with being an infectious disease specialist.

There are differences. Complete normality is what we had back in 2019. And if you’re vaccinated we are pretty close to being there. Which is great. I have already said Fauci is a cautious guy. What are you arguing about? Why not focus on the positive news this week instead of bitching about stuff? Tell anyone you know that hasn’t got the vaccine to do so if you want to be fully back to normal.

This thread is about Fauci. He said a week ago today we might be approaching something close to normal in a years time. 4 days later CDC said go back to normal. if you think they are singing from the same songbook, God bless. I think any rational , logical , person would say one of them has to be making a big mistake. I am not sure why or how you can draw any other conclusion. if he is this far off on his predictions and how he views the state of the pandemic , why should his voice carry any credence? or if he does carry Credence and the CDC made a decision beard in politics, why in the world would I ever trust them? one of them Is flat out wrong. Why they are both sacred cows and you are scared to criticize one or the other tells me this whole thing is just about politics to you, and critical thinking has left the building. 2

I said Fauci is cautious. That is pretty much the job description of an infectious disease specialist. The CDC made the right call in my opinion. They saw data showing infection rates coming down dramatically along with studies showing vaccinated people not only protect themselves but also don’t transmit virus and made the call. That call may have been affected by the politics of the situation, and if so I would say that’s wrong. There are still areas in the country where vaccination rates are too low, and as such there is a possibility infection rates can go up in the non-vaccinated population. For the country as a whole to come back to normal that still needs work. I suggest you recognize this is not a black and white, one has to be right and one has to be wrong issue. We have made tremendous strides, but still some work to do.

We have made tremendous strides, but still some work to do. First, the CDC itself said that IT IS black and white...you vaccinated, no need to mask or social distance. There is no ambivalence there, no suggestions..just black and white directions! Second Fauci suggested normal that would take place in years time..and that was his guidance. So the country at standstill for another year while the CDC said move forward FOUR , yes FOUR days later. Cautious might have been "i see us back to normal Memorial Day..or really cautious July 4""...no he said a year later!!!! Listen, i can tell you ,like many others, are left in a conundrum here. You placed your blind faith in Fauci as infallible, you placed your blind faith that once Biden was elected, the CDC would only follow the science, as you suspected the CDC was politicized under Trump...and now? well now both of those cannot be true based on the events of the last week... You can argue all you want Fauci and the CDC are on the same page...it is ridiculous to say 4 days and 1 year are equivalent... and as i say just proves you are not willing to look at facts and utilize critical thinking to make a conclusion or criticism . And I said you are want to make this a black and white issue while in truth there are still some greys here. I choose to be happy about the CDC guidelines as they show that vaccinated folks are in great shape. You choose to gripe about things. I’ll take my outlook.

Then shouldn't Dr. F finally just shut the heck up already! His desire to be in the spotlight is a HUGE part of the problem. He's addicted to the microphone. He needs to step back, step off, and let the Organizations set the narrative. Either head of the CDC needs to be the mouthpiece now....or Dr. F....but not both. 1 1
