I've been following this all along, but how does someone actually hoard gas? Has to be outside of your actual vehicle gas tank... containers maybe? That is hoarding?

Gas attendant came out and told driver it was not gasoline approved container.

You can get them for pretty cheap these days. Anywhere between $25 - $200 depending on the time of day and locale.

Gas prices always go up in time for Memorial Day. They'll come back down after Labor Day, it's a yearly thing.
