DJB Posted May 8, 2021 Posted May 8, 2021 (edited) I thought we were only able to steal from them not the other way around? Edited May 8, 2021 by DJB 4 1 1
Mountain Man Posted May 8, 2021 Posted May 8, 2021 As expected. Joe Schoen will surely get a GM chance soon. It's a sign of a good organisation that you develop talent, but don't stand in their way as they progress. Shows other talent that Buffalo is a good place to come. Helps the Bills in the long run to let staff develop but let them progress on 13 1
scuba guy Posted May 8, 2021 Posted May 8, 2021 The pipeline is going the other way know. Good to here great to know that other nfl teams wantxswhat buffalo has. Congratulations to him
Bangarang Posted May 8, 2021 Posted May 8, 2021 Congrats Dan! I wonder if Brian Gaine will take over that role now
Back2Buff Posted May 8, 2021 Posted May 8, 2021 Glad he’s gone. He came on board in May 2018. The players that have come on board since then defensively have been bad. Gaine was a big loss. He can now take back his position 1 4 1 1 1 6

Morgan knows our players well, so he'll have comfort with them. And conversely, if we dump somebody and the Panthers dont scoop him up within 12 seconds, there's prolly a good reason.

What more insight do you need than the performance of players that he had hand in bringing to Buffalo? There has been a drop off after 2018 draft. In a video they posted on buffalobills website years ago, he was heavily involved defensively.

Well done. 25 minutes ago, MJS said: You are just throwing that silly opinion out into the air without any knowledge or insight whatsoever? That's bold. It's remarkable how much power the 4th in line in personnel decisions has apparently. Obviously nothing to do with the Head Coach, GM or Assistant GM. 1

So would you advocate getting rid of McDermott, Beane and Schoen then? All higher in the decision making process

For now, that is hiding the recent misses 1 1
IgotBILLStopay Posted May 8, 2021 Posted May 8, 2021 Expected - I think Rapoport had an early scoop on this But I am a lil concerned with our friend @YoloinOhio . Sleeping on the job, eh? Or do you want to blame some stupid training?:)

gjv001 Posted May 8, 2021 Posted May 8, 2021 I'm hoping we have excellent talent that was under Dan, so we can promote from within.
