Nonfarm payrolls increased by 12,000 for the month, down sharply from September and below the Dow Jones estimate for 100,000, the Bureau of Labor Statistics reported Friday. In what had already been expected to be a downbeat report, October posted the smallest gain since December 2020. The unemployment rate, however, held at 4.1%, in line with expectations. BillsFanNC Posted November 7 Posted November 7 Remember as bullstojan told us, the skyrocketing cost of groceries is only felt by MAGA who don't know how to budget their money.
BillsFanNC Posted November 7 Posted November 7 Another disciple of the bullstojan school of economics. Don't like inflation? Get a better job then.

I'm actually expecting the opposite starting with the November jobs report on 12/6. There's no need for the administration to fudge the job numbers, and for that matter other metrics like GDP, and I wouldn't be surprised by a negative jobs print. It will signal the start of the "resistance" message that Trump was handed a great economy but his program and policies are screwing it up aleady as businesses adjust "expectations" for a slowdown. Maybe a market correction to follow? 1
