Biden at 37% approval. Must be a pretty good chunk of Democrats going with their feelings too. At least 37% is completely data driven however. I imagine you’re among that group.

And a large percentage of that 37% is basing it on social issues.

Now we have a housing problem all caused as a result of Bidenomics driven inflation.  Biden botches another thing.  What a mess.  Can't wait until that loser is gone.

What the hell are you talking about? You are making no sense

Him: homes are too expensive! Lots of people can't afford to buy a house.

Me: yeah, but the people selling a house are making a mint.

Him: hah! Home prices are down 4%, so what mint?

You have a point.

"Generational wealth" - I'm friends with a member of my state legislature. She represents a mostly Hispanic district - not new immigrants, but the Spanish heritage folks who've lived in the southwest for generations.

Some "progressive" (they even call themselves Democratic socialists) members of the legislature are trying to propose limits on scrape-offs, home additions, etc to halt gentrification of these areas. My friend tells me her constituents hate that idea. Many times they bought their houses 35 years ago for $70,000. They're now worth a million. They want to be able to sell and pocket that "generational wealth!"

Could you explain for us why Biden is to blame for that?

True story I bought my first house for $89,000

It’s worth about 800,000 right now it belongs to somebody else but it’s worth about 800,000

Reading is fundamental as the campaign noted back in the day. Home sales down 4.1 % (October numbers) not home prices. Home sales are down to the lowest level since 2010. Nice own goal. Billstime or redhawk level.

Yup, I'm personally one of the people benefitting from the generational wealth situation. We had no problem selling.

Horrible mess created by Biden policies. Now you can't move because your 2% loan will be replaced by 8% loan.  That puts all of the homebuilders and workers out-of-work.  Half of the remaining workers, who previously worked - Biden and his Squad buddies paid them to stay home.   So, they're out.  So, no homes being built.  What a mess.   You can't make this ***** up.

My son does real estate and I talk to him on a weekly level. We usually talk about this.

Houses are the same price and have been for a while, which is high

Also, the APR of financing is high

It’s all about supply and demand

Democrats are now all about data.

https://www.cnn.com/2023/12/11/politics/cnn-polls-trump-biden-michigan-georgia/index.html

Those grim numbers partially reflect softness among his base: About one-quarter of Democratic and Democratic-leaning registered voters in each state disapprove of Biden, and a little more than 4 in 10 say his policies have not helped the country’s economy.

Article doesn’t say if the dissatisfaction among Michigan and Georgia democrats is data-driven or based on feelings.
