Boxcar Posted May 1, 2021 Posted May 1, 2021 I don't like this pick as I saw a few scouting reports and therefore know more than the Bills 8 1

Which in all seriousness begs the question. Do you put 20 pounds on him for tackle or take 20 off and have a 6'8" 290lb TE with those measurables only quicker. He played basketball, he can catch.

Coupled with that athleticism and huge wing span. Another solid prospect with a lot of upside. As much as I had my pet cracks in the roster I was hoping they would address, these look like some real intriguing picks so far. Edited May 1, 2021 by WideNine 3 1

A C/G player to push Ford and Feliciano, and also be prepared if Morse had another concussion. I suppose, swing tackle....(?) But the prospect of Bobby Hart playing OT is far worse than Ike Boettger playing G. 2

The "Josh Allen of X"? That would be awesome. 1
TheBeaneBandit Posted May 1, 2021 Posted May 1, 2021 Ok, now that I've researched this dude......potentially HUGE (literally lol) upside. I'm not sure if this will be a redshirt year or not, but the payoff could be very good.
TonyBeets Posted May 1, 2021 Posted May 1, 2021 I remember Jason Peters being a project TE converted to OT prospect? One can hope... 2

whatdrought Posted May 1, 2021 Posted May 1, 2021 Bryce Paup works as a coach at Northern Iowa. Not sure what kind of access that grants, if any, but it was something that stuck in my mind about this kid and Elerson Smith. 2

I'd keep him at OT, but he could still be a receiving threat on tackle-eligible plays.
