He will need development like AJE but I like his size and athleticism. Most boards had him 2nd or 3rd rated pass rusher. 1

That's No Moon Posted April 30, 2021 Posted April 30, 2021 He was the guy I wanted. Value pick at 30 who was only there because he opted out. Fits the profile of the FO reloading a position before the contracts expire, not after. Hughes and Addison are both UFAs after the season. Epenesa picked last year, Rousseau this year. Holes filled. 4

RyanC883 Posted April 30, 2021 Posted April 30, 2021 DON'T like it, but hope I'm wrong. Could be a stud, or another 5th round type player. 1
Brianmoorman4jesus Posted April 30, 2021 Posted April 30, 2021 I’m confused. People are saying he’s a project that can grow into a high ceiling pass rusher. Which makes me think he’s an athletic freak. Then you have the guys saying he lacks quickness and just was compiling coverage sacks which makes me think he doesn’t have the athletic explosiveness. Kind of like he was getting sacks because he was a hard worker that hung in there on extended plays. Those things are the opposite to me. Which one is it?
Kmart128 Posted April 30, 2021 Posted April 30, 2021 I like it dont love it. Wasnt a big fan of pass rushers in this draft. But if i had to pick one at 30 he was my favorite cause unlike many other pass rushers in this draft... he is productive.
Cheektowaga Chad Posted April 30, 2021 Posted April 30, 2021 Guy had a ton of sacks his last year he played. I like that aspect Wasn't a fan of the highlights ESPN showed Overall seems like a pick where if they hit on it could be a championship winning pick, if they miss its not the end of the world. Seems like a solid gamble to make 1
loveorhatembillsfan4life Posted April 30, 2021 Posted April 30, 2021 I can’t say I’ve seen much tape on him so I’m all for trying to improve a weakness. Willing to be open minded on this pick. I was kinda intrigued by Moore, still think we need to inject more speed into the offense and find an eventual Beasley replacement. Maybe tough to slot him in though. Let’s hope this works out or Beane to our Dline will be known like Belichick is to drafting WR. 1
WideNine Posted April 30, 2021 Posted April 30, 2021 Seems like the best of what was left at DE, but only one solid year of production... roll of the dice on his high upside and potential. You can't teach that size and athleticism... time will tell. 1
Floydboy12 Posted April 30, 2021 Posted April 30, 2021 Not a fan of the pick. Would have preferred to trade back or take Jenkins or Moehrig. Think he’s a step slow for the NFL. 1
Big Turk Posted April 30, 2021 Posted April 30, 2021 I've seen comparables as Montez Sweat, Arik Armstead and Danielle Hunter. All are very good players. Saw another that said he has perennial All-Pro potential
BillsSbSoon Posted April 30, 2021 Posted April 30, 2021 Ill trust beane and mcdermott especially with this but when you watch him he was more effective rushing inside on 3rd downs than he was outside 1

DCOrange Posted April 30, 2021 Posted April 30, 2021 I’m fine with the pick but his tape is disappointing when you go into it with the context of him being one of the country’s leaders in sacks. At least my gut feeling I posted a day or two was right though lol.
Nelius Posted April 30, 2021 Posted April 30, 2021 Slow and not good but he had 15 1/2 sacks the only year he played? I thought the issue with him was more so lack of experience and taking a year off, not a lack of freakish athletic talent
