Assuming the Bills trade the pick (an assumption for sure), what's the thought, will the Bills trade up or down and out of the 1st round?  

 

I think a trade up is more likely given Bean's history and the 5th round tender.  However, if the player is not available, or the trade structure is not correct, I can see Bean going back to get more players in later rounds (where, generally, we've had more success, IMO).
