If Guiliani got the guy fired I would agree it is a bad look and it is inappropriate but it is exactly what Biden admitted to doing a few years back so how is it now illegal? This raid is looking like they were trying to find some evidence to accuse him on, not that they were searching for data on a specific crime.

It is not the same thing.  Not even close.  Biden acted in his capacity as Vice President, representing not only the U.S. but other countries, to pressure the Ukrainian government to get rid of corruption in that country.  Giuliani did what he did to try and swing an election to his buddy.  Not close to comparable.

So the guy who was fired before was investigating the company his son works for but it is not improper? He tells the president directly that a billion dollars is tied to firing the guy who might be investigating his son, but it is fine? If we are discussing legally there might be a difference but the outrage is absurd.

So what?  The guy got fired for refusing to do his job investigating corruption in one of the most corrupt countries on the planet.

And Trump is asking the most corrupt countries in the planet to “investigate” an American? Who just happens to be his opponent?

The corrupt prosecutor was investigating Burisma several years before then Vice President Biden along with other European allies pressured Ukraine to get rid of him precisely because he failed to end corruption in Ukraine.  Get your facts straight.

You my friend are the one that's brainwashed and presenting an argument devoid of facts.  But facts don't matter when you believe in fantasy conspiracies like collusion with foreign governments do they?  Are you on Joe's and Hunter's payoff payroll?

Shokin was only the prosecutor general for 13 months total- in fact Shokin had only been in office 10 months when Biden made his declaration. Not sure how is responsible for what his predecessor did

The prosecution of Burisma was done well before the Vice President's actions on behalf of the U.S. and allies to end the corruption in Ukraine.  They were not related in any way.  Again, then Vice President Biden acted on behalf of the country and its allies as part of our official foreign policy to rid the Ukraine of corrupt influences favoring Russia.  Giuliani acted to try and influence our democratic election.  Huge difference.

Rudy likely has a few weeks left until charges come.

Dominion is also about to mess him up real real bad.

Please send Rudy some money! Lol.

The charges he faces won’t have anything to do with Burisma so I’m not sure why anyone is talking about that. The crimes were about taking money from Firtash and other oligarchs that were sanctioned and wanted worldwide.

Rudy was already screwed well before this other stuff happened. He needed WH protection, which is why he became Trump’s lawyer in the first place. All of the crazy stuff (Ukraine and Big Lie) he did was because he was under an enormous amount of stress and his walls were caving in.

A normal behaving person doesn’t do those things unless you really really needed Trump to win and/or a pardon and your life depends on it.

There is no “but what about Hunter” stuff happening here as far as Rudy goes.

You have incorrect information and then you beliefs. The investigation into Burisma started in 2012 but continued into Shokin, and Shokin claims he was still investigating when he was fired. I obviously do not know what Shokin was doing there but the investigation was ongoing and Hunter Biden would have been part of Burisma probe. As I stated there might be a legal difference but Biden getting the guy fired whose job it is to investigate Burisma was inappropriate. Please do some research on the timeline before trying to correct me again, it is the second time in two posts you were "correcting" me when you were wrong.

Allies of Rudy Giuliani continue to call on former President Donald Trump and Republicans to pay for his efforts around the election and, in turn, subsidize the mounting legal bills facing the former New York City mayor.

Trump was recently informed directly by Giuliani associates of the increasing debts incurred by his onetime personal lawyer, one source told CNN. Giuliani's attorney, Robert Costello, also raised the issue in recent days with lawyers for Trump. Asked if the former President's legal team was responsive, Costello replied, "No comment."

A person familiar with the matter said Trump's team has not decided whether to get involved in the search warrant review that is being conducted to ensure privileged information seized in the recent raid of Giuliani's apartment and office is kept from investigators.

One of the most vocal is Giuliani's son Andrew, who worked in the Trump White House and told CNN,"The nut may crack in the next 36 hours." He called on Trump to "take the lead on this one," adding: "He can be the hero."
