Mike in Horseheads Posted April 26, 2021 Posted April 26, 2021 Atlanta is taking trade calls on superstar wide receiver Julio Jones, according to the MMQB and later confirmed by NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport. The MMQB reported that the Falcons would be looking for a first-round pick if they were to move their future Hall of Famer. https://nypost.com/2021/04/26/falcons-taking-trade-calls-on-julio-jones-ahead-of-nfl-draft/

BuffaloRebound Posted April 26, 2021 Posted April 26, 2021 1st rounder for a 33 year old WR making $15m this year? Good luck with that. 8 3 1

DCOrange Posted April 26, 2021 Posted April 26, 2021 I don't foresee them getting a 1st round pick for him but I've been wrong before. Would be an interesting buy-lowish candidate for a team like Miami, Jacksonville, or Baltimore though.

Miyagi-Do Karate Posted April 26, 2021 Posted April 26, 2021 When they say a 1st rounder, are they talking about an actual 1st round pick or just a fantasy pick?
Bleeding Bills Blue Posted April 26, 2021 Posted April 26, 2021 He doesn't fit under the cap and isn't a team fit here. 3yr 38m left on base salary is a bargain for taking a chance on a really good WR. He's older, and missed time last year with injuries, but you can get out of most of the money (so the risk isnt that high) and he's coming off a 6 year run as one of the best WRs in football.
