"This is the problem with fairness"

I

I hope u watched the entire show.  He was maniacal.  Like a prep school freshman that had just been publicly slapped by the headmaster.  It was hilarious but spin away.  I'm wondering if he'll show up tonight.  I'll bet he does with faux anger and hidden embarrassment.  He really is a good actor.

Tucker Carlson is an opinion show that uses visual evidence,

cnn + lefty friends = "news" agencies that are opinion based.

Crazy world we live in.

Here's how I tell the difference: News shows interview and host leaders with other opinions than that of the newsrooms.  I don't watch much Tucker but have you ever seen him do that?  The best at that imo, is PBS where they often have 2 experts on different sides debating with the journalist as the moderator.  That's news.  It exists despite the best efforts of wanna be dictators trying to prove to you that it doesn't and that their "truth "is the only truth

Prior to Monday we were told that the Qanon Shaman was a violent insurrectionist who stormed the Capitol and found his way into the Senate chamber, presumably, through violence.

On TCs show on Monday night we learned, through clear and indisputable video evidence, that the qanon shaman was peacefully guided through the halls of the Capitol and ultimately inside the senate chamber by several Capitol police officers.

The lefts response to this newly revealed evidence hasn't been to ask why did the media, DOJ, J6 committee and others lie for two years, but instead to rant about what an evil liar TC is.

Keep pasting that clown makeup on thicker as your fairy tale narrative continues to crumble commies.

The events Ole tuck left out about the "Shaman":

https://www.politifact.com/factchecks/2023/mar/08/tucker-carlson/evidence-rebuts-tucker-carlsons-claim-about-capito/

"Chansley and other rioters went to the second floor of the Senate side of the building and "were met by a line of U.S. Capitol Police officers, instructing them to peacefully leave the building." Chansley challenged U.S. Capitol Police Officer Keith Robishaw "to let them pass." Chansley ultimately used "his bullhorn to rile up the crowd and demand that lawmakers be brought out."

Chansley went to the third floor, entered the Senate Gallery and "proceeded to scream obscenities in the Gallery," as other rioters entered the Senate chamber below.

Chansley next tried to gain entry to the Senate floor and again encountered Robishaw, "who once again asked him to leave the building." Chansley said others were on the Senate floor and he was going to join them; the officer followed him.

Chansley climbed the Senate dais and sat in then-Vice President Mike Pence’s seat, taking pictures of himself. Despite repeated

requests from Robishaw, Chansley refused to vacate the seat. "Mike Pence is a f- - -ing traitor," he said.

Just after 3 p.m., "other law enforcement officers arrived to support (Robishaw) and cleared the defendant and other rioters from the chamber."

Now read his plea deal statement NC...

For having me on his ignore list @redtail hawk somehow seems to react to a high percentage of my posts, doesn't he?

I've got news for you red since you'll clearly be reading this post  When I told you that you were going on my ignore you went there and will remain there permanently

The only way I see your nonsense now is when others, regrettably, choose to quote you.

I'd encourage you to be a friggin man and stick to your principles, but you clearly have none.

Hey @redtail hawk - he’s full of schitt - he doesn’t ignore anyone. He told me the same BS.

He thrives on owning the libs.

That’s why they are here - other wise they would be satisfied with the circle jerk at their safe place.

There was violence outside the Capitol.  Inside there wasn't, which is why they hid the video as long as they could.  Therefore it wasn't an insurrection in any way, shape or form.

On TCs show on Monday he stated that there was violence and that people broke the law on J6.

He also stated that AT THE SAME TIME it's now abundantly clear that the J6 committee, the DOJ and the bulk of the media have lied to the public for two years about what happened with some high profile narratives associated with J6.

So TC can apparently walk and chew gum simultaneously. The media and their lemmings here cannot. Their predictable response has been to scream that TC is trying to paint the entire day as peaceful.

Clowns. Every last one of you.

Ya, like he tried to destroy our constitution, but think about your own azz you POS

Carlson, who had shared private meetings with the president and defended him on-air, added in a text: “I hate him passionately. … What he’s good at is destroying things. He’s the undisputed world champion of that. He could easily destroy us if we play it wrong.”

The Real Problem With Tucker Carlson's January 6 Footage

By Kira Davis

FTA:

On Tuesday, Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell joined congressional colleagues like Chuck Schumer in condemning Fox News’ Tucker Carlson for releasing and framing footage from the January 6, 2021 events at the Capitol. McConnell said his take on the issue is aligned with that of the U.S. Capitol Police Chief. He did not appreciate Carlson playing other video that showed peaceful protesters being escorted into the Capitol by police, given tours, and generally left alone to wander peacefully as they snapped photos and even prayed in the chambers.

“It was a mistake in my view for Fox News to depict this in a way that is completely at variance with what our chief law enforcement official here at Capitol thinks.”

McConnell may have thought he was simply saying he thinks the Capitol protests were a Very Bad Thing™, but I heard what he (and so many others like him) really thinks. He means he didn’t like THE STORY Tucker Carlson was telling with the new footage. THE STORY already had its tellers. THE STORY had already been framed. THE STORY had already been written. How dare Carlson come in with rewrites? Who approved him to retell THE STORY?

And isn’t that the big takeaway here? McConnell basically admitted that the J6 footage we’ve been seeing for two years is really a story, and not an objective set of facts.

If it had been just the facts, there wouldn’t be any controversy about the new footage being released. It never would have been secret in the first place.

Like old Twitter threatening to benevolently “add context” to Trump’s tweets for the benefit of their incurious audience, McConnell and company have decided for the rest of us how January 6, 2021 at the U.S. Capitol should be viewed and observed.

The truth shall set you free – if that is more than a cliche, we’ll know what “story” to believe by how free it makes us. I’m not saying that there weren’t some bad actors at the Capitol that day. I’m not saying that the Tucker Carlson “narrative” is the narrative of that day. What I am saying is that one depiction has ended with a lot of innocent people in jail (unfree, as it were), and has depended on keeping video evidence out of the hands of the general public. The other “narrative” opens up the evidence and the conversation. The other “narrative” would probably had resulted in way fewer jail sentences had it been available to the public.

We should always be leery of men who tell us knowing things is bad for us.
