Brennan Huff Posted April 17, 2021 Posted April 17, 2021 Thankfully this information came out now. Hopefully we can move up in the 1st round and take one of the top QBs. Personally, I always knew Allen was a bust 6 26 2
Bangarang Posted April 17, 2021 Posted April 17, 2021 Someone show this to Beane before he makes a terrible mistake. 3
Arkady Renko Posted April 17, 2021 Posted April 17, 2021 Mahomie appears to be right behind him with 19. 6 2 1 4

nedboy7 Posted April 17, 2021 Posted April 17, 2021 Addison had none. Maybe that can put things into perspective a little. 1 7
TheyCallMeAndy Posted April 17, 2021 Posted April 17, 2021 And how many dropped/bogus penalty/ no call TD passes? 2 1
BillsDude Posted April 17, 2021 Posted April 17, 2021 And how many TD drops, called back, and receiver drops? And let's not forget the INT that wasn't an INT 4 1 2

RobbRiddicksTDLeap Posted April 17, 2021 Posted April 17, 2021 Oh cool, Another useful “metric” to bicker about! 1 2
Patrick Duffy Posted April 17, 2021 Posted April 17, 2021 Wow! That's seems a bit much. Flip side he had some dropped TDs too 1
Draconator Posted April 17, 2021 Posted April 17, 2021 Some of those highlighted as "dropped interceptions" didn't hit any body parts! Another portion was the defender knocking down the ball. Hardly a "dropped interception". From the video, I'd say the true number would be around 8ish. 5 4
Dat Posted April 17, 2021 Posted April 17, 2021 Don’t forget to subtract 1 interception for the one that really wasn’t an interception but what the hell we'll pretend it was. 1

Flip side he had some dropped TDs too Some of the dropped INTs from the video they posted really shouldn't be considered dropped INTs. Some of them were either contested plays or no chance of an INT. Not really sure what their criteria is. Some were right in the Dbs hands. Allen is going to have these plays because he believes in his arm too often. But I wouldn't have him change a thing. There's more good than bad. 1

What I noticed in watching both is that, though they counted Allen having two more, many of Allen's were nearly uncatchable or 50/50 balls or simply an amazing play by the defender (the Colts DB laying out). Almost all of Mahomes' drops were basically in the defender's breadbasket. I can't believe that many were dropped. Unsure if I'm being biased here. 2 1

I remember some actual real dropped INT's, but definitely wouldn't say as many as 21
