CentralVaBills Posted April 26, 2005 Posted April 26, 2005 fans with a grade of A at the draft. Right after the Vikies, and before the Jets! From the article...... 2. Buffalo Bills The trip from Orchard Park, New York to Manhattan is a solid eight-hour drive. This didn't faze dozens of die-hard Bills fans. Buffalo's first draft choice wasn't selected until 8:30 p.m. Saturday night, nearly nine hours after the fans filled the expo center. When the Bills finally did select Miami's Roscoe Parrish with the 55th pick overall, several fans wearing outdated Travis Henry and Drew Bledsoe jerseys screamed wildly into the ESPN cameras. Consider this weekend: An eight-hour commute to the event, an eight-and-a-half-hour wait until a pick, and then an eight-hour trek home the next day. All this for a team that lost four straight Super Bowls? Now that's loyalty. Fan Grade: A COOL!
CajunBillsBacker Posted April 26, 2005 Posted April 26, 2005 Props to our very own MarkVaderr for making his 5th trip in a row from California to NY for the draft. His mug was right in the middle of the group shot!
BF_in_Indiana Posted April 26, 2005 Posted April 26, 2005 Well at least the fans got a better grade than the front office is right now.

Fan Grade: A COOL! 318814[/snapback] But...what the fug does losing four straight Super Bowls have to do with being loyal??? So, since they lost four straight we should somehow give up on them and cheer for another team? It was a nice blurb until that last sentence...pretty dumb and certainly irrelevant. What about all of the teams who have never made it to the SB...should it be amazing that their fans are loyal, too?
duey Posted April 26, 2005 Posted April 26, 2005 Nice to get the recognition for something we already now...that Bills fans are the BEST fans!
Fezmid Posted April 26, 2005 Posted April 26, 2005 If he ranked the Vikes fans higher than us, then the whole thing is a giant worthless article. Vikes fans are the most fair weathered you'll EVER see. When I first moved here, I literally saw more people on campus wearing Bills stuff than Vikes stuff. Still do. Vikes fans, for the most part, suck. CW
