This is political stupidity. He is in New York campaigning for Brandon Williams representative of Syracuse area. The Chips Act is what brought Micron to Syracuse. When Micron is built out, it will be a gigantic chip manufacturing center providing thousands of jobs. He announces he wants to cancel it. I’m sure Brandon Williams appreciates his honesty.

I’m sure voters in Arizona and New Mexico, where Intel is putting new plants, will be thrilled as well!

Right from our pockets to the board rooms of billion dollar companies.

You ever notice all your views are where the owners make bank from us.  And we all rent and beg for jobs that are made with the taxes from our checks?

Notice how they are chasing cheap labor, more state breaks and NON UNION.

Just look at how many billions of dollars have been given to the fossil fuel or agriculture industries. I guess you want us to rely on Taiwan for our chips.

I hope this is not true, only to a moron would believe this is anything but a huge loss for our country. Not just the loss of tax money but investment money.

You think they will leave if Kamala loses? I will state with certainty that you don't know anyone worth 25+ million. Those people are 80% Trump people, your side has been complaining about it for years.

From the linked article

“For some of them, the primary thing is ‘I don’t want to live in a MAGA America,‘” Lesperance said. Others are worried about violence if Donald Trump loses, or Vice President Kamala Harris’ plan to tax unrealized capital gains for those worth more than $100 million. While tax analysts say the unrealized gains plan has little chance of passing Congress, even with a Democratic majority, Lesperance said it’s still a risk.
