Don’t know about that.  If he was easily replaceable he would have been replaced.  Bills have brought young safeties to camp every year.  He was never beat out.

Yep.  If I recall correctly one was on practice squad at points a couple years ago.  He was a UDFA.  jaquan Johnson hasn’t played in front of him either.  I’m just saying Marlowe is a pretty good player.  Don’t know that he’s easily replaceable - unless Beane is about to make a significant investment early in the draft, which I could see him doing.

Who were these young safeties you speak of? Are we talking UDFA’s and journeymen?

Been in the league a few years, trying to get as much money as he can---can't blame him for that. Problem is Detroit, the black hole of the NFL.
