I’m pretty sure he works with alumni engagement (Leading the Charge, etc)

So, can he spell?  Sabres took some heat over that a while back.  Granted, the Bills are the Cadillac dealership of the franchises, while the Sabres are the Yugo dealership.

So,

If a Bills player gets engaged, they go to him ?\

They have to ask him for permission to get engaged, hence the director part.

Yup, and he may work in what a disaster trading Watkins was three or so years ago, and how that has held us back this whole time..,

I bet I would've been willing to do that job at a slightly lower salary than what he's getting.

But, do you have the required qualifications?  His credentials include that he was a long-time NFL player...

You beat me to it!  Where in the world do they get these staff positions?  This is a real job?

Based on his background and the title, I assumed he’s basically the NFL version of Director of Recruiting.

Sounds like his job is to maybe help a little with free agents, but also do a bit of schmoozing with FA, agents, and current players.

Thats just a guess though. I don’t know WTF this role is.

That's a bummer. Marlon has lived in my parents neighborhood since his playing days. Great family, great neighbors. I hope they're able to stick around.

I met him at the Stadium the last time the Packers played in Buffalo. The guy was just so humble and friendly.

Pretty good player from what I remember of him.

I don't know what this staff position means though.

That makes him assistant to the regional manager
