So the Bills have around 15 million in space now, with another 2 or so coming when Lee Smith retires, for 17 million in cap space.

I think it's around $20 million before Lee Smith.

I wonder how they determine this. Not bad for the Bills who should have between 25-45 million in space depending on who they cut/restructure next and if they are willing to reorient White/Dawkins/Diggs/Poyer's deals.
