ChronicAndKnuckles Posted March 9, 2021 Posted March 9, 2021 Simple as that. I think the Allen and McDermott combo will win at least 2 Super Bowls when it’s all said and done which is a much greater achievement than 4 losses in a row IMO. I know it’s early, but just trying to get some off-season discussion flowing. 2

Greg S Posted March 9, 2021 Posted March 9, 2021 It was before my time but wouldn't Saban be considered a better coach than Levy? He did coach the Bills to back to back AFL championships in 64 and 65. 3

NoHuddleKelly12 Posted March 9, 2021 Posted March 9, 2021 This is a toughie even though I voted yes. A lot will have to go right over the next 5-10 years obviously for this to pan out, but early returns are so promising, and with the revelation of Josh ‘20, how could I say no?
JaCrispy Posted March 9, 2021 Posted March 9, 2021 (edited) Already has imo...But then again, I don’t really view Marv as a great coach...sorry guys... Edited March 9, 2021 by JaCrispy 3 3 2 4 4 1 1

Warcodered Posted March 9, 2021 Posted March 9, 2021 (edited) I mean he wins a Super Bowl and he does it, saying no feels like saying they aren't going to do it and I'm meh on that kind of pessimism. Edited March 9, 2021 by Warcodered 1

skibum Posted March 9, 2021 Posted March 9, 2021 Or said another way, "Will the Bills win a Super Bowl under McDermott?" 1 2
4_kidd_4 Posted March 9, 2021 Posted March 9, 2021 Hey McClap has only been outcoached in one AFC Championship game so far. Let him at least blow his first Super Bowl before ya start measuring for his crown. 2 4

Beast Posted March 9, 2021 Posted March 9, 2021 Marv may have been outcoached in each SB...but all those coaches that beat him are also in the HOF. 2

Yeah, and Marv also threw two TD’s & seven picks in those four games too I would say he was out coached in the first two and the team was entirely outmatched in both Cowboys losses. Either way, it’s history, and it’s very tough to compare different eras thirty years apart. 3 1
ChronicAndKnuckles Posted March 9, 2021 Author Posted March 9, 2021 I love the faith people have in this front office. I have never been so excited to be a Bills fan. McD is a winner, simple and plain.

MJS Posted March 9, 2021 Posted March 9, 2021 I voted no. Not that I don't believe he could, but it is just far too early to predict something like that. McDermott won his first couple of playoff games. Levy has 11 playoff wins. McDermott has 38 regular season wins and a win percentage of .594, Levy has 112 regular season wins and a win percentage of .615. I just think the gap is too big right now to really compare. But I sure hope McDermott wins some Superbowls and overtakes everyone as best Bills coach ever. That's the dream. 2 1
