March 17th teams have to be under the 51 player cap.

Saints, Rams and Eagles still got a lot of work to do to get there.

Even the Falcons who are at -$11M only have 39 players signed.  They got a lot of moves still to make.

I  love the way it says 'legal negotiating window'  as opposed to what?  Illegal negotiating?

Yeah if they do it before it's tampering, can get penalized.  Even though they all do it before anyway.

Hypothetical theoretical discussions over beers

I worked with a foreman years ago who would go on these convoluted explanations about a person or topic that never named specific people or circumstances, but you knew exactly to whom/what he was alluding. 😁

The 51 doesn't include 'Future Contracts' I believe.

Does the legal tampering period also begin at 4:00 PM on the 15th or earlier?

Trying to recall was last years draft originally scheduled for Cleveland, but then went virtual so they gave them this years afterwards?

Well it's 4pm New York time.

Welcome to the 2021 season Bills fans!

There are still some teams needing to get above the cap.

Eagles, Saints, Bears (not much with these 3) but especially the Rams.

Here's to hoping we see a Beane move tonight or tomorrow!
