Prospector Posted March 4, 2021 Posted March 4, 2021 I watched a quite a bit of highlights of RBs this year... and I am most impressed with the 2 UNC RBs and Kylin Hill. I think I actually like Kylin the best... if we want a Kamara type, this is the dude! https://youtu.be/7IkuJsesGXs Maybe watch on mute... I don't know the songs, they may offend.... not sure

Its a top 2 or maybe top 3 RB if they are there or you stick to what you have and work at other positions of need. In Buffalo's case you only choose a RB If your absolutely sure he is a massive upgrade to what we have now... and I don't think there is enough on this kid to be that sure

The extra juice is everything in the NFL. I'm a Michael Carter fan........IMO he might have that extra level to be a special RB.........but if he goes before the Bills 5th round pick(and he obviously will) then I have no interest. 1

Hill has great contact balance, good receiver and shows more explosion. Hill and Moss would be a nice combo.
Southern_Bills Posted March 5, 2021 Posted March 5, 2021 Hill was always a solid player, struggled in big games but his supporting cast wasn't great. I would like him but not sure I would go at him in the first 3 rounds

Southern_Bills Posted March 6, 2021 Posted March 6, 2021 (edited) I don't think he's top 2 rounds but you guys are a bit harsh on a guy who averaged 5+ yards a carry until Mike leach and the air raid showed up. In 2019 he was north of 6 a carry for 1300+ yards and 10 TDs, All In the SEC. Also he proved to be a solid receiver out of the backfield in the air raid. Not saying draft him or whatever, but he will definitely go before the 7th lol. Edited March 6, 2021 by Southern_Bills
hjnick Posted March 6, 2021 Posted March 6, 2021 Kylin is a beast. I like him and Chubba Hubbard in the mid/late rounds as a RB pick. Chubba is very fast. We need another running back in the stable...

Any year in the last years, one of the top 5 RB's would be a massive upgrade over what we have.

I am not saying his is horrible.. Keep this in mind.. he has good upside. But. Just look at the drop off and because of this crazy year we will go Average per game in yards and Average per play. And again. to be fair. We are going to go back to there best healthy year for a solid look at each player. Etienne 2019 15 games. Rushing 107.6 yards a game at 7.8 avg with a total of 1614 yards. Receiving 434 yards averaged 11.7 a play http://www.espn.com/college-sports/football/recruiting/player/combine/_/id/220471/travis-etienne Harris 2020 13 games Rushing 112.7 yards a game at 5.8 total avg with a total of 1466 yards. Receiving 425 yards 9.9 a play http://www.espn.com/college-sports/football/recruiting/player/combine/_/id/203572/najee-harris Hill 2019 13 games Rushing 103.8 yards a game at 5.6 avg with a total of 1350 yards. Receiving 180 yards 10.0 a play. What your missing about Hill that your not understanding is Hill does not have great break away speed. sound familiar. http://www.espn.com/college-sports/football/recruiting/player/combine/_/id/210461/kylin-hill Harris Speed without Harris Power running. There are oh so slight differences that tell a big story. https://draftlordsports.com/nfl-draft/2021-nfl-draft-positional-rankings/2021-nfl-draft-prospects-running-backs/#Najee-Harris they have him at #6. 5-6 is fair. Bottom line we all have opinions and you don't have to "feel bad" that mine differs.....
