  1. 1. Re-sign or wave good-bye?

    • Re-sign above market value if needed, whatever it takes to keep him
    • Re-sign at market value but if outbid by another team, let him walk
    • Make offer below market value and let walk if he finds more
    • Don’t make an offer, thanks for the memories

If you can get Williams for the Spotrac valuation than you would do it in a heartbeat...

Good Spotrac...

I see Spotrac has valued Jon Feliciano  4 years at $33m..

Bad Spotrac....

Moral of the story... take Spotrac market valuations as a loose  guide only...

Same. But I fully admit the salary cap confuses me

Like QB we have been trying to fill this position for the last twenty years. We finally have an answer, we need to re-sign him. Williams already knows that the grass isn’t always greener. I think the relationship he has with Brandon Beane helps this thing get done. I’m not saying he takes a hometown discount, but I do think their is a fair bit of loyalty there that could help the situation.

I think he earned a pretty good contract.  I would prioritize Williams, Felicano than every one else in terms of resigning.

I voted the second option, but I'm all about negotiating with him and going up from my original offer if need be. I wont get into a crazy bidding war, but I do want to keep him and am willing to work on it.

It would be a fair assumption. and we are a SB bound team.

Some folks have a salary limit and some folks think we can do better ??
But what options do you see as accomplishing either or both ?

I am on board to work hard (McBeanes) to keep this guy.
Get some bookends in house Josh can trust.
RT has been an enigma for forever with the Bills and drove me nuts all that time !

Now we have one in House , quite nearly , and some would let him leave just cuz somethin somethin
damn
Trusting McBeanes

and as always ? It aint my money  LOL :)

Not real sure but i thought in the AFC championship game i saw Williams take more than a couple of plays off when his guy got the corner on him it was like he just quit if that's his MO then we should get someone else to man that position he needs to play through the whistle !

Aside from Tyler Bass, who else on the Bills had a really good game that day?

I would love to keep Daryl Williams, and I'm sure the Bills will give him a fair-to-good offer, but I wouldn't be surprised if he gets a big offer from someone else.

We shall just wait and see.
