BillsWatch Posted April 25, 2005 Posted April 25, 2005 No large pictures I could find Best picture I could find: http://graphics.fansonly.com/photos/school...gates100403.jpg http://graphics.fansonly.com/photos/school...ion/a-gates.jpg from: http://uoflsports.collegesports.com/sports.../100403aaa.html and other school site pages Seem to be a Willis type of runner who could go into same holes when in for relief as opposed to a change-of-pace back. Player Bio (only lists career until 2003) http://uoflsports.collegesports.com/sports...s_lionel00.html He does have some speed which is good for he will need to play on special teams. Those who want to B word about Donahoe's picks will have plenty of ammo for he did not play as full time back due to decision by coaches to do RB by committee. http://www.nfl.com/draft/profiles/2005/gates_lionel Gates sacrificed personal success for that of the team during his career at Louisville. Has the ability to start for most college teams, but performed capably for the Cardinals while sharing time with Henry Miller, Eric Shelton and Michael Bush in his four seasons at the school. He is the cousin of former Clemson Tigers and Cleveland Browns linebacker Rahim Abdullah. CBS Sportsline stats: http://cbs.sportsline.com/collegefootball/...ayerpage/411194 He played Spring football and I do not know if that is good for us or not; Anybody watch Spring Football?
BillsWatch Posted April 25, 2005 Author Posted April 25, 2005 Here is a video of the Cardinals football team: Look at around 1:10 for #23 http://www.cardinalsportspics.citymax.com/f/UofL_vs_UofK.wmv He probably is elsewhere on the video as well. Warning: if you are at work you might want to hit mute button.
