I wonder why at this juncture.  He's gotta be making close to minimum wage for his experience & he's gotta be replaced by someone else, so the savings are really only (eventually) a few 100k.

When he's on the field, he's comparable (or better) than Wallace or Norman.

Only thing I can think of, is we intend to re-sign someone & need the cap space while only the top 51 count.

Like many here, I forgot he was even on the team. He looked good when he played, but I'm thinking there are better options.

When he played in 2017?

Annoying but w/e. I would've liked to see him have limited snaps or be depth for when someone else gets hurt. He could plug in for a few games a year very well

That's the role that Dane Jackson had, and did very well.

I don't understand this one.  Why not bring him into camp next season?  Reading through the responses so far I'm really in the minority on this but I thought when healthy he was our 2nd best CB.

Sign him again for the 4th time. Why the hell Not?!?!?

A page right out of the CJ Spiller/Sean Peyton playbook!

I expect there will be a steady roll call of players where Beane will not be picking up their options.

As someone mentioned in an earlier thread, the Bills usually let guys go early so they have a chance to shop their services to other teams.

It's better than stringing them along
