He reportedly has 4.3 speed and considering this guy can even lineup in the backfield and is projected to go late 1st early 2nd and with the Bills more then likely releasing John Brown for cap reasons he seems ideal for a game breaker type the Bills are looking for

elite speed, runs like a RB after the catch. Undersized....these are usually boom/bust prospects. I'm not sure he'd be available in the 3rd when the Bills pick, but if he's there mid-3rd, I would support a move up to get him

Purdue WR.  One full season.  Some injury history.

Is it just me or did he not look that fast on tape? Even when turning the corner on bigger DEs. I'm no scout but if even I'm spotting it, I feel like there's no way he turns a 4.3

Nothing about that video got me excited. Looks like a one trick pony.

He didn’t look very fast either.

I would guess he's closer to a 4.5 than a 4.3. I do like him a lot though (depending on what the doctors think of his medicals). I'm really hoping to upgrade McKenzie this offseason and this is one of the guys that could do that. Kadarius Toney is probably the best option in that regard but I'm not confident he'll be available at #30.

He's got plenty of speed. He's kind of a complete package. Just watch his feet move. He doesn't have Tyreke Hill speed (no one does) but he's plenty fast

He might be quick but I really doubt he’s fast. Could see him running a 4.5+ but having very good agility drills. He doesn’t pull away from anyone. A few videos have linebackers catching him from behind

What's wrong with McKenzie in the role that he fills? I'm all for upgrading but, maybe it's just me, I'd actually like to see more of McKenzie next season. Electric player, IMO.

You’re hillarious you know Tyreek Hill and Mercole Hardmen are the exact same size and had far less accomplished college careers

Its a joke and Moore is not Tyreek Hill.

Also Moore is 3 cm shorter than Hill.
