YoloinOhio Posted January 26, 2021 Posted January 26, 2021 Per Sal C - RB Christian Wade will not be exempt next year. But signing this contract means he will most likely be back at camp and gives him a chance to make the team, or practice squad again 4 1 1
PromoTheRobot Posted January 26, 2021 Posted January 26, 2021 These signings don't really mean much in the end but it's nice that C-Wade is going to be at camp next year.
msw2112 Posted January 26, 2021 Posted January 26, 2021 A couple of these guys have a chance of making the back end of the roster and contributing - Dane Jackson stands out the most, plus Kumerow and Williams played well in the limited action they saw. No big surprises here.
Buddo Posted January 26, 2021 Posted January 26, 2021 But unlike in years past, many of them have actual playing experience, and did actually make contributions through the season. I'd say that's a far better list than we've seen for some time. 3 3
BuffaloRebound Posted January 26, 2021 Posted January 26, 2021 Why does Dane Jackson. a 7th round pick from 2020, have to sign a futures contract? Aren’t all draft picks on their rookie deals for at least 3 years?

Unless it's because he didn't make the active roster and was on the Practice Squad, thus he was free to sign with any team that wanted him. Edited January 26, 2021 by jkeerie 2
Milanos Milano Posted January 26, 2021 Posted January 26, 2021 Hopefully Wade does everything possible over the offseason to prepare himself. Rooting for him the strongest. 2

I just don't think the coaches will ever consider him a wr but maybe they would try him at TE? As far as Dane Jackson and Antonio Williams go I think they're both making the 53. Matt Barkley that was the final rose, say your goodbyes.....

Everyone wants a 6’6” type target like a Kelce, Andrews, Hunter, Gisecki. Knox really can be that guy. He needs to just take it to the next level.
SlimShady'sSpaceForce Posted January 26, 2021 Posted January 26, 2021 Christian Wade lives on!!!! he was on a 2 year “international player exchange” I would think he doesn’t have to deal with that crap any longer 1
