CB - opposite Tre - past two years we did  some pricey FA shopping with Levi still  starting most games - an upgrade thru the draft while Levi is still around would be my first choice

LB - likely Milano replacement

TE - want a big sized guy with decent hands - Kroft is gone Lee Smith likely cut to save 2.2M - and Josh can throw back-shoulder to the big body

OL-DL - depth picks in middle rounds

late rounds - special teams or project types per usual

no qbs or kickers this year

RB: we NEED a running game.  A big, fast RB would be nice.  We have two slow back, and Yeldon, whom the coaching staff should play more.

OL:  need to block for running and passing game. Can't let only 4 people get to Josh like last night

DL:  our DL is continually making tackles 5 yards past the line of scrimmage.  A 1T would be ideal, second is an Edge.

LB:  could use a real MLB to move Edmunds outside, which hopefully helps the pass rush.  If not a MLB, then a pass rushing LB.

Edge: see DL and LB above.  NEED to pressure the QB.

I actually think that through the draft and FA we can address all of the above.

If Allen gets his contract extension, how the hell do you even retain what you have, let alone add in FA?

The draft is our only hope of adding weapons on both sides.

the contract would likely be structured in a way to allow FA additions.

Any dominant pass rusher-  always first and foremost

This year-  a fast RB that has an extra gear. Or a fast WR that is capable of getting 5-10 rushes a game. We need a serious threat running the ball.

OG-  someone that can not get wrecked by Chris Jones every time 17 drops back and is also a good run blocker.

LB-  I think Milano is likely to leave based on the salary a team will offer him.  His replacement will be playing 100% of the snaps.  We need that player to be good.  Anyone have any good LB prospects I should look into scouting 1st?  I’be already caught up on Parsons, who will definitely be gone, Nick Bolton, Dylan Moses, Chazz Surratt and Owusu-Koramoah.  I’d love any of them, but they’re all 1st-2nd rounders.  How about the mid round guys?

CB 2-  we should always draft a corner or two and hope they turn out to be like Terrance Mcgee.

Would love to land another TE but I feel McD is going to give knox a chance to be the man again, which I have no problem with.

I'm also fine with Knox being TE1.  He was good enough this year when called upon.  If Pitts for Fiermauth (sp--te from PSU) is there at 30 or 2nd round, respectively, I"d grab one.  Otherwise, fine with what we have and would upgrade other areas first.

Since I have yet to see this response specifically, let me be the first. I’d like to see the center position upgraded. The Bills need the center to be not just a pass protector, but a road grader as well. They need for the interior of their line to be able to gain yardage on runs. As currently constructed they aren’t able to do so and I think this disability begins with the center

It is a possibility that the Bills re-sign Feliciano and release Morse and draft a RG.

Mine are:

1. DLE (I miss being able to get after the QB with just 4 DL)

2. CB2 (but keep Wallace as CB3)

3. LG (We surely can do better than Boettger and Ford)

4. TE (I'm beginning to doubt Knox.)

5. DT (Oliver has really disappointed me and none of the others are starting caliber IMO.)

6. MLB (Maybe Edmunds would be better at OLB)

How many more times can I say running back

Allen’s on his rookie contract for two more seasons he matters little to this right now

If this offense could add an elite, or near elite, TE on offense that becomes an immediate safety valve, that’s a perfect upgrade for Allen. Get a bruiser of a RB and OL depth in the draft, if possible.

Defensively, I’d look at nearly every position... starting with the trenches. Knock yourself out grabbing defensive talent this offseason, McBeane.

Just a couple of correct pieces on offense (and some depth), and devote everything else to getting the D back to top-5.

OL- especially in the interior. Both guard spots and center could use an upgrade.

RB- We missed out on both Fournette and Le’Veon Bell this season. Think the coaching staff knows they need an upgrade there.

DE- Love Jerry Hughes, but he’s not the dominant pass rusher that teams fear anymore..and he’s prolly still our best Dlineman. That needs to change

LB- I think resigning Milano is a must. We saw how bad the defense was without him and with no guys in house to take over for him i don’t see how the Bills can justify letting him walk. Tremaine Edmunds the jury is still out on him. Has all the physical tools to be a great player but he doesn’t play like his size. His instincts are just a tad bit slow and I don’t thinks that’s something you learn. I think the clock is officially ticking on him. They won’t replace him next year but I could definitely see the Bills exploring their options in the draft. Remember Milano was a 5th round pick!

CB- I don’t think they are brining Levi back. Dane Jackson played some good ball when given the opportunity and has been called up from the practice squad multiple times. I think they give him a shot but it doesn’t hurt drafting depth there.

S- Safety is a sneaky position nobody’s talking about. But I think the Bills will

look into bringing a safety via the draft. Hybrid S/LB type.

First we need to extend key players for this team like Williams and Milano.

Draft

1. CB

2. D Line - Inside and Out

3. TE

Again, the sky isn’t falling and we went 15-3 in arguably a difficult schedule.  Everyone including me is pissed, emotional, upset, sad as we lost badly Sunday.  It doesn’t mean we didn’t beat a lot of tough teams.  We beat 6 teams that were top 10 all year, and another close to top 10.

If we could’ve beat the Chiefs, I contend we would’ve beat the Bucs.  The Chiefs are the best team in football and then there are the rest.
