Mine are:

1. DLE (I miss being able to get after the QB with just 4 DL)

2. CB2 (but keep Wallace as CB3)

3. LG (We surely can do better than Boettger and Ford)

4. TE (I'm beginning to doubt Knox.)

5. DT (Oliver has really disappointed me and none of the others are starting caliber IMO.)

6. MLB (Maybe Edmunds would be better at OLB)

We need to create a new position. Defensive Tight End Specialist. Has to be nasty, big but fast,  6'6' 240lbs. 4.7 speed

Good cover skills is a must.

This guy has one purpose, to destroy Tight Ends

I like it. But even this dog would probably let Kelce catch a bunch of 8-yard passes before biting his leg.

by the way, Kelce seriously had zero bad games this year. The closest he came was against the Broncos, where he only had 3 catches for 30 yards. But that was because the chiefs scored so many defensive and ST TD’s in that game, that they didn’t really use their offense.

Boring answer is you need to see how FA shakes out....

If Williams, Milano and Feliciano are not retained than they all need to be replaced with good pickups .....

In terms of a straight out upgrade I gotta say DE ... can they find some money to buy one in FA? Probably not enough... so let’s hope there is some one they like at 30 sitting there ...

Cut Addison, Jefferson & Butler.  Let Milano walk.

Use those cap savings to go big game hunting on the DL.

Cut Smoke. Re-sign Williams.  Draft Toney, Najee or Etienne at 30.

We need playmakers to beat KC.   I’ll gladly sacrifice veteran rotation guys/depth to do so.

Upgrade DL & Offensive Weaponry

The CAP will restrict what Bean can do.  So IMO they must pick what side of the ball they want to make elite and IMO that would be the offense.

My focus on the offense would be:

*  A solid RB that can pick up the blitz and be a threat in the passing game is the Bills #1 need.  This simple addition to the Bills current O could catapult this unit right up along side the Chiefs offense.

*  A reliable pass catching TE.

I would leave the O-line alone. It's good enough and the return of Ford will add competition/depth to that unit.  Again in a CAP free world Buffalo would add a free agent here but how will the Bills afford it?

On Defense:

*  Try to get value in free agency and/or the draft for the D-line.  Star will be back which should help. I just don't see how the Bills will have the CAP money to spend big here.

Are we not one of the worse in the NFL covering TE'S?

OL....they are a bit overrated as a unit, NOT good run blocking and miss too many blitz pickups.

DL...more pass rush will make your secondary look better also.

the OLine that has allowed top defenders to harass Josh

the OLine that hasn’t allowed running lanes for the RB’s.

Not that Daboll isn’t to blame for going overboard on the passing game.

Big sturdy RB

Big sturdy TE

Since I have yet to see this response specifically, let me be the first. I’d like to see the center position upgraded. The Bills need the center to be not just a pass protector, but a road grader as well. They need for the interior of their line to be able to gain yardage on runs. As currently constructed they aren’t able to do so and I think this disability begins with the center

Any dominant pass rusher-  always first and foremost

This year-  a fast RB that has an extra gear. Or a fast WR that is capable of getting 5-10 rushes a game. We need a serious threat running the ball.

OG-  someone that can not get wrecked by Chris Jones every time 17 drops back and is also a good run blocker.

LB-  I think Milano is likely to leave based on the salary a team will offer him.  His replacement will be playing 100% of the snaps.  We need that player to be good.  Anyone have any good LB prospects I should look into scouting 1st?  I’be already caught up on Parsons, who will definitely be gone, Nick Bolton, Dylan Moses, Chazz Surratt and Owusu-Koramoah.  I’d love any of them, but they’re all 1st-2nd rounders.  How about the mid round guys?

CB 2-  we should always draft a corner or two and hope they turn out to be like Terrance Mcgee.

Would love to land another TE but I feel McD is going to give knox a chance to be the man again, which I have no problem with.
