Would like to see the following return:

- Milano at a reasonable rate

- Norman at vet min

- Feliciano and Daryl Williams. Move on from Morse

- Yeldon and Jones

- McKenzie and Roberts

Anyone with an OL before his name on the list needs a very close going over.

I feel like the line can be improved up and down it.

Not sure about Milano; I wouldn't retain him if the cost is too high.

A purge due to the cap will see a lot of changes, unfortunately. I would like to see Milano, McKenzie, and Feliciano (at center) resigned. I would move on from Morse. He is a finesse player and doesn't hold up well against game wrecking DTs. We need some big uglies up front. I think Roberts is done, and D Williams will cost too much to keep.

Anyone who has seen the difference in statistical production of our defense with and without Milano — last night not withstanding — can see he should be a top priority to re-sign. Many Bills fans are way too willing to let him walk, and many more mistakenly think he’d be easy to replace.

Re-sign Milano, Feliciano, Williams. Tender Wallace and see if you can get McKenzie and Marlowe back for cheap. Everyone else can walk.

I think we won’t see most of those guys back.
McKenzie

feliciano

marlowe

wallace

I can see everyone else being let go due to performance or cost.

My wish list would be;

Roberts for sure ( EVERY kick was out of the end zone....you saw the respect there ) Amazing to me no one sees his value!  How many times did the Bills have a short field due to him??

Milano would be nice

Feliciano and Willams

Wallace at a team friendly deal....can't have enough depth there....

I wish I had a better grasp of the cap implications, but I will say that even though Milano had been a beast in previous seasons, he was not very impactful this year.  Once Klein got his head wrapped around the defense, there wasn’t much of a drop off.  I would not pay Milano big $$$.  IMO, McKenzie, Feliciano, and Marlowe are absolutely guys that need to return.

There are some easy re-signings of some depth guys on here at low-cost deals (Marlowe, McKenzie, Nsheki).

I also can see the Bills locking up Levi— who really came on— to a modest-size deal.

Other than that, I think they let everyone else walk, including Milano. With the lower salary cap this year, I think we will see the market flooded with more guys willing to do 1-year prove it deals. So there could be some cheap FA stop-gap signings we could make.

My thoughts

Resign/Tender:

Roberts - Extremely valuable to our Special Teams

Milano - My second most important FA resign

Williams - My most important FA resign

Wallace - I believe is an RFA

McKenzie - Use him in motion, jet sweeps, could be our return guy in a year or two depending on Roberts

T. Jones - Special Teams Ace

Marlowe - Underrated on this board.  Steps in admirably when Hyde/Poyer go down and knows the system

Dont resign:

Kroft - not enough impact and was scratched often

Murphy - Not worth the money/invest in drafted DE

Norman - Not worth the money/bring up Dane Jackson

Nsekhe - Isnt needed

Feliciano - Ford can replace him at RG for cheap - would sign him as a backup but I doubt he would take that little to retain

Winters - Again, COULD be backup at a low value but I doubt we would get him for a price I would be ok with

Barkley - Let Fromm backup and invest the money elsewhere

Yeldon - I dont mind him, but this is a loaded FA class, see who sits and can be scooped up late

Andre Smith (although if he could be had at the min. I would do it)

Work on Milano, Feliciano & Williams. They are key.

Andre Roberts is a luxury, but might not be expensive.

Dean Marlowe & Isaiah McKenzie are very good depth and will not be expensive.

TJ Yeldon I could go either way with. He's the veteran of the group.

Isn't Levi Wallace a Restricted free agent? If not, could go either way with him. We do need to improve at CB.

Seems to me that the only really tough calls for our UFAs will be Milano, Williams and Feliciano.    If we re-sign all of them, it could cost us at least $25 million in total.  Given that we are right at the cap now not including necessary cap space for the draft, we would need to do a lot of restructuring or cutting just to be able to bring these three back.
