Can someone name one game where he has made a difference? Until we can establish some signs of a running game, it will be tough sledding in the big games. No speed or size to run past or over people, wasted pick. Get rid of him because easier to defend Allen when they have no worries about your running back
fasteddie Posted January 25, 2021 Posted January 25, 2021 Looks like the entire team left their brains in Buffalo.
BillsFanForever19 Posted January 25, 2021 Posted January 25, 2021 (edited) T.J. Yeldon has looked worlds better. Makes me wonder what we could have been if we rolled with him and Moss instead all season. Edited January 25, 2021 by BillsFanForever19 3 1 1
Freak-O Posted January 25, 2021 Posted January 25, 2021 Singletary felt like a breath of fresh air last season. He was a rookie, not that fast but quick and hard to tackle. This season I have very few good memories of him and this drop was just too bad. Stevie Johnson got a lot of criticism for his famous drop, but this was much worse. Most of our moms could catch that ball! 1

Not sure if the issue is the run blocking is much worse or something else going on, but entire running game basically doesn't exist?? But agree the biggest things they need to improve in the off season is running the ball and pass rush. Starr should help against the run though we all thought he was horrendous in past years but may have helped more than we realized. But still not enough consistent pressure on QB .

He's made a difference in several games, along with Moss. Running the clock down at the end of several games, getting several important first downs, making some nice catches and runs and doing an absolute ton of terrific blocks keeping our QB unsacked. And a couple of TDs on top of that. Oh, and thanks for the total lack of any new spin, facts or point of view on this. Edited January 25, 2021 by Thurman#1 1

Should have had Dobbins this year and instead have a backup DE.. awesome.. 1

Eastport bills Posted January 25, 2021 Posted January 25, 2021 He's soft, and has lost confidence. We can't go into another year with him as a lead back. He can't break tackles and doesn't distinguish himself in the passing game. We need to draft a runner.
Solomon Grundy Posted January 25, 2021 Posted January 25, 2021 (edited) Cut the loss now. Consider it a wasted pick. He killed the momentum Edited January 25, 2021 by Solomon Grundy

McMuffin Posted January 25, 2021 Posted January 25, 2021 Who should we draft/ elevate from PS/ sign to replace Singletary? Is there someone in rounds 3-5 that could be an Alvin Kamara type of back?
PrimeTime101 Posted January 25, 2021 Posted January 25, 2021 McCoy in his prime or Lynch in his prime on this team would be an elite offense.. right now this offense just isn't dynamic enough to shoot it out with KC 6 minutes ago, McMuffin said: Who should we draft/ elevate from PS/ sign to replace Singletary? qwksilver Posted January 25, 2021 Posted January 25, 2021 He'd be a good 3rd down back if he had good hands.
PrimeTime101 Posted January 25, 2021 Posted January 25, 2021 you make josh allen be your best runner and passer for 55 effin plays out of 66 plays.. and some of you people still think we dont need to be worried about RB? IF Kamara is available.. grab him 1

The coaches should apologize to Yeldon. 1 1 1
Figster Posted January 25, 2021 Posted January 25, 2021 (edited) C J Yeldon fits this Offense best and had he been used more today I think Buffalo would have had a better chance to win IMO. Dabolls worst game of the season. Whole coaching staff including McD for that matter. Kicking field goals when you need 2 1/2 yards. Hand the friggin ball off to Yeldon! Damn Edited January 25, 2021 by Figster 1
947 Posted January 25, 2021 Posted January 25, 2021 Singletary is a great guy, just not good enough to get significant snaps in the NFL. He doesn't have NFL speed, and he tries to use his 1 great attribute (moves) too much instead of blasting into holes. I think Moss would've helped today, but we need a major upgrade. 1
racketmaster Posted January 25, 2021 Posted January 25, 2021 Scat back, that is what he is. Losing Moss was huge as the Bills did not trust a replacement rb to run hard in between the tackles. 1
