Neo Posted January 19, 2021 Posted January 19, 2021 He’ll be ready because the world’s best doctors work with athletes at the highest level, like the NFL has. That said, this is one nasty injury.

Ridgewaycynic2013 Posted January 19, 2021 Posted January 19, 2021 I don't care if they tore off his leg and beat him into unconsciousness with it - YOU CANNOT ACTIVATE CHRISTIAN WADE! 1 12

Did you mean fibula?
McMuffin Posted January 19, 2021 Posted January 19, 2021 Looking forward to seeing him next year as he continues to develop as a player.

The ankle is allowed to move in this procedure. Great description (if indeed this exact procedure was used) on this video. We made plates and screws for the "screw type" procedures. This system looks much better. I think all this stuff is so interesting. https://www.ypo.education/orthopaedics/foot-ankle/syndesmosis-with-tightrope-fixation-t230/video/ 2

TFBillsfan Posted January 20, 2021 Posted January 20, 2021 If I’m understanding this correctly, he tore ligaments in his ankle. I’ve been waiting to hear what his actual injury was. Anyone know of other RB’s or WR’s who have had this surgery and if impacted them?

Not a RB or WR but Jonathan Cooper at Ohio state had it last year. He was back in about 8 weeks. I believe Tua had it as well at Bama. 2
