ColoradoBills Posted January 17, 2021 Posted January 17, 2021 (edited) EDIT: My original thread was merged into this thread. My thread was about Mahomes past history of a concussion. @YoloinOhio started a thread about the stages of concussion protocol. Edited January 18, 2021 by ColoradoBills
NickelCity Posted January 17, 2021 Posted January 17, 2021 (edited) What's the inevitable discussion? If he'll play or not? Edited January 17, 2021 by NickelCity
mikemac2001 Posted January 17, 2021 Posted January 17, 2021 Rarely see these guys that wobbly and he looked bad in that video and looked worse today. I think he will pass protocol but man scary
Giuseppe Tognarelli Posted January 17, 2021 Posted January 17, 2021 Mahomes' status hanging in the balance is a big advantage for the Chiefs. Bills players will be hoping all week he won't play, and then he'll probably be cleared late in the week. This will be a psychological hurdle and a challenge for the coaching staff. My advice is to prepare exclusively for Mahomes and tell the players HE'S PLAYING. 6 2 3 1
Monty98 Posted January 17, 2021 Posted January 17, 2021 The NFL average is 19 days... Or so I read. If so it's Henne this week 1
YoloinOhio Posted January 17, 2021 Posted January 17, 2021 Keep in mind he also has some kind of foot injury 3 2
UConn James Posted January 17, 2021 Posted January 17, 2021 Looked more like his neck got bit tweaked more than a hit to the head, but then again concussions & causes can be weird. He also had a turf toe issue in the first half that looked bothersome.

Giuseppe Tognarelli Posted January 17, 2021 Posted January 17, 2021 And how soon did he come back from this? BTW why does he look so huge in his college footage? 1

DaBillsFanSince1973 Posted January 17, 2021 Posted January 17, 2021 regardless of talent. too many hits like that and today will end a career, even life. ironic that two of the top afc Qbs were taken out of a playoff game due to concussion. just shows how violent. Joe Montana's career ended by a concussion in a playoff game back in 1993. 1 2

whatdrought Posted January 17, 2021 Posted January 17, 2021 I'm not too proud to say I'd be happy going to the SB because he's out. Fine by me. 5 11 1
