Cheektowaga Chad Posted January 16, 2021 Posted January 16, 2021 Does frazier want a head coaching job still or just a nice pay bump and new contract from the bills? I do think he would make a great choice for the Texans

That being said, we’d get a couple third rounders if it did happen. Let’s see how serious a candidate he is after today’s game. Every pre game show today is talking about how Ravens beat us last year and how we gave up so many yards to “ even Philip Rivers”, expecting the Ravens run game to be unstoppable. Hope Mcd and Frazier are up to this. Hell, i give up 300 yards passing to Lamar but I’d be darned if I would let them run for 250 plus and beat us running when everyone in the world knows they are a running team and we are “ weak” against the run. If Frazier let’s the d get run into the ground , I am rethinking him as a head coach. Calm is great , but winning is what you get those big bucks for !
Doc Brown Posted January 16, 2021 Posted January 16, 2021 3 minutes ago, Ethan in Portland said: I thought that was just a concept. Did they actually approve it? Yes. Two third round picks will be awarded to us if Frazier is hired as head coach. One in 2021 and another in 2022. These picks will be after the usual compensatory picks.
bigK14094 Posted January 16, 2021 Posted January 16, 2021 I guess it would surprise me....as LF took a fail in Minn. But, then again, Marv Levy took a fail in KC and came back to lead the Bills to greatness.
SageAgainstTheMachine Posted January 16, 2021 Posted January 16, 2021 Honestly it sorta makes sense. Houston is a toxic atmosphere that the big name coaching hires are steering clear of and Frazier is a HC retread that definitely couldn't have landed one of the better jobs. I really don't want continuity changes in both our offense and defense, though.

Big Turk Posted January 16, 2021 Posted January 16, 2021 Wonder how much is because they believe in Frazier and how much is to try and placate Watson?

Cruiserplayer Posted January 16, 2021 Posted January 16, 2021 Would a genius OC born and raised around Rochester count as a minority? 1
Royale with Cheese Posted January 16, 2021 Posted January 16, 2021 Frazier seems like a guy that every single player trusts and respects. He’s got a John Wooden and Tony Dungy demeanor. 3
MJS Posted January 16, 2021 Posted January 16, 2021 I wish him the best of he gets the job. It would be crazy if we lost BOTH our coordinators.
