Locomark Posted January 11, 2021 Posted January 11, 2021 (edited) It’s seems like another rumored conspiracy theory. Is Al’s uncle also some Taco Bell owner who hides a kidnapping ring under the drive through? “I heard it from a person who heard it from a caller on GR” Edited January 11, 2021 by Locomark 1

strive_for_five_guy Posted January 11, 2021 Posted January 11, 2021 Given that Michaels is already in Pittsburgh plus he would miss out on NBC’s primetime game of the divisional round, no way he isn’t calling the game. Allen v Jackson will have huge ratings. What reasonable excuse would he have?
Mark Vader Posted January 11, 2021 Posted January 11, 2021 During the post game show, Michaels said that "We" have an exciting game next week. Sounds like he will be there.

Buftex Posted January 11, 2021 Posted January 11, 2021 Didn't Tirico say that he would be in Bufffal next week, during the Bills/Colts game? 7 minutes ago, Mark Vader said: During the post game show, Michaels said that "We" have an exciting game next week. Tirico subbed for him. I heard on WGR that week leading up to the game that Michaels has said he would never set foot in town again. What’s that all about? Is there anything to it? Don't think there was anything to that, no. He and Collinsworth will be doing our game Saturday night. He mentioned it several times during tonight's game. 30 minutes ago, strive_for_five_guy said: Given that Michaels is already in Pittsburgh plus he would miss out on NBC’s primetime game of the divisional round, no way he isn’t calling the game. I think the NBC guys like to get into town a day early and do interviews and what not. 1

TonyBeets Posted January 11, 2021 Posted January 11, 2021 I can already hear Collinsworth praising Lamar Jackson.
Freddie's Dead Posted January 11, 2021 Posted January 11, 2021 Al Michaels peaked in 1980. He jumped the shark a long time ago. Don't come to Buffalo, we won't miss you at all. F him and the horse he rode in on.

They have their own planes or at the minimum planes chartered by NBC

Xwnyer Posted January 11, 2021 Posted January 11, 2021 Will definitely be listening to the Bills broadcast no matter how delayed I have to be from real-time. Collingsworth makes my skin crawl
FTLBillsfan Posted January 11, 2021 Posted January 11, 2021 It will probably be the standard Sunday Night Football crew Tirico doing the pre game and halftime shows, but most likely from Buffalo instead of the studio and Michaels doing the play by play with Collingsworth. If it turns out to be Tirico doing the play by play I am fine with that. I have been a fan of his play calling since he started calling Syracuse University games on the radio
