John from Riverside Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 Made us more one dimensional then we already are....their special teams also played very well....... They have a decent team 16
Taro Nimbus Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 Probably the toughest game we played all year. They came in with a gameplan to chew up as much clock as possible, and if not for a dropped TD and missed FG, the Bills would of been toast. 2
Magox Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 They have a damn good team. They are good at all phases of the game and we just ended up executing in the red zone better than they did. 6
Real McClappy Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 We played our C game and still won. I hope the A game comes back here forward. Hats off to the Colts though, they had a solid game plan for us. 4
bobobonators Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 I mean they were an 11 win team. Usually you play a 9-7 or 8-8 team in the wild card round. But the AFC is stacked. 3 2 1

They have a decent team I agree. Granted I barely paid attention to them all year. I thought we would do more to Rivers, create a turnover or 2. They are tough. They find a young Qb along with Taylor they will be in good shape. Edited January 9, 2021 by loveorhatembillsfan4life
zow2 Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 they were employing the Super Bowl 25 game plan for the first 3 quarters. just converting short 3rd downs, ball controlling us to death, keep Allen off the field. and they have a good D and special teams too 1
Malazan Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 (edited) I get they were the 7th seed, but that was out of their control really. They had 11 wins. They were top 10 on offense, defense and special teams. Reich is a very good coach. They may be the most complete team the Bills play. Edited January 9, 2021 by jeremy2020 5
Virgil Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 I think they matched up well against our weaknesses and executed a good gameplan. 5 1 1
BillsFanSD Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 They looked like an 11-5 team today, which makes sense since they're 11-5. There are no bad teams in the AFC bracket. 2
Brianmoorman4jesus Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 They are a very solid team. Respect to Phill Rivers. They were a very worthy opponent. So glad the Bills won but nothing but respect for the colts. 6
TBBills Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 (edited) Bills just didn't play well, the defense looked off all game. The offense thought they were a run first team for most of the game. Edited January 9, 2021 by TBBills
Bangarang Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 I wasn’t surprised. I knew they were a good team. We didn’t play a great game and still won.
MJS Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 Frank Reich had them ready to play. He's a heck of a coach. Also shows you how unpredictable the NFL can be. Teams are closer in skill and talent then we realize, sometimes. 4
BuffaloBill Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 They matched up well. McDermott and Frazier will need to spend the offseason trying to figure out how to stop the run and deal with TE’s. Play in these two areas of the game has been a weekness in the Bills D for too long.
RichRiderBills Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 Totally agree... this was the best team we've played all year including the Steelers or Seahawks..Colts and Rivers are an excellent football club and they brought their A game ...well done Colts what a win for us. What a goddamn game. 3
Kingston Bills Fan Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 0 pressure on Rivers all game worst I’ve seen all year! 3

But they really didn’t chew up the clock...that’s what I expected them to do but they actually threw it more often and effectively than I thought they would. It was impressive. If we did not have McDermott, I’d love to have Frank Reich as our coach. Edited January 9, 2021 by mannc

SageAgainstTheMachine Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 The AFC is so deep this year, unlike the NFC where a couple cupcakes made it in. The four teams who make it to next round will already have accomplished something.
