KCNC Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 OMG don't get me started. I've never heard my wife curse so much. I was just in shock... 2 14 2
Paul Costa Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 The replay was installed specifically for plays like that to take the officials calls out of their hands. It is a hard job. But that was 100 % a fumble. The official didn’t know what to do 12 2
Solomon Grundy Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 Yeah, that was BOGUS!! Shame on the NFL officials 4 1

CSBill Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 They are getting roasted for it. ... Did they bring back Al Riveron for this game? Sure looked like it. 2 1
HOUSE Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 The game should have been over well before the fumble. 7 1
Ethan in Cleveland Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 It 100% was a fumble. Don't see how why they did not overturn it. There was plenty of evidence. It was a great play by Poyer and Milano. 5
Dan Darragh Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 And while we're on the topic, it was a FORWARD PASS I'm still not over that one 5 14 4 2
Best Williams Available Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 Why is a call like this even the responsibility of 1 guy in the field looking at a tiny low Rez monitor??? MLB sends it back to a group of people that look at it from both teams cameras at all angles then tells the ump what to do. Am I wrong about the NFL’s procedure here? 2 1 1
Wayne Cubed Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 I was pacing back and forth and celebrating that it was definitely a fumble. I still can’t believe it wasn’t called that. 4
klos63 Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 That ref was the only person in the whole world that was watching the game that didn't think it was a fumble. Not one other person thought he was down by contact. 6
Solomon Grundy Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 To quote Rasheed Wallace "BALL DON'T LIE" 1 1
Marvlevydraftdaygenius Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 Let me tell you Sean should give himself a game ball for that timeout after that play was just brilliant. 6 1 10 1
RaoulDuke79 Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 If there's so.e type of grading system for officials, this crew or at least the head official needs to be knocked down a few notches. Maybe I'm a conspiracy theorist or allegedly intoxicated, but I'm of the belief that had the game ended on that fumble a lot of revenue would have been lost from people changing the channel. Im not sure how anyone with a functional brain could watch that play and see that he didn't get up and then fumble. 2 1
