ChevyVanMiller Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 (edited) First playoff win since 1995 and I’ll be damned if I’m going to complain just because it was too close for comfort. It’s the playoffs and wins rarely come easy. Lest we forget KC had to overcome double-digit deficits in every playoff game on their way to becoming SB Champs last year. Give me some good vibes because your Buffalo Bills are moving on to the next round and the Colts are headed home to clean out their lockers. I’ll start off by saying that two rookies, Gabriel Davis and Tyler Bass, played with ice water in their veins today. Watcha got? Come on get happy, the playoff schnied is over. Rc2catch Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 A win is a win. We are playing next week. That’s all that matters. Outside Moss being hurt there’s nothing to be mad or disappointed about 5
Buffalo Boy Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 The first win is often the hardest win. We got it and I expect the Defense to be better next week. 1
Jester Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 (1) The Hail Mary that wasn’t! (2) Gabriel Davis. Rookie is not playing like a rookie. 4
KCNC Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 The refs suck but they always do. Josh had a great game except for that sack/fumble. Gabe davis is a dude. No Brown catches, no problem! 1
PrimeTime101 Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 Josh Allen is showing why he is MVP caliber Davis was amazing Edmunds played like he belongs our Safeties played there hearts out Frankie got out coached Tyler Bass 3
Moulds 808080 Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 We have an amazing team!!!! We will go deep as that game was tough but we never gave up or loss like in the past!!!! Keep everyone focused and get ready for next team!!! 1
CommonCents Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 Taron Johnson seemed to be in or near the ball carrier more than anyone else. He would be my defensive mvp. 2 1
stevestojan Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 Daboll will be here next year based on that play calling! (that’s positive, right?) 1 1
Turbo44 Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 We have an superstar qb and wr. 375 yards 3 tds 0 turnovers and he was barely on the field 3 1
wvbillsfan Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 We didn’t play our best game and won a playoff game. How far we have come. Win and move on. GO BILLS 5
TroutDog Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 How’s this for positive: I think they needed this type of win a’la the Cards game. Butterflies? Yup. They managed them. D collapse? Yup and then they saved the day. No run game? Yup, what’s new? Turn back to the pass and let Josh do his thing. At the end of the day, however, the manner in which they pulled this out may be the exact perfect timing! Super Bowl or bust!!!! 🦬🏈 4 4
WhoTom Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 They didn't bring their A-game, but eked out a win anyway. Much like the Hail Murray game, this will be a wake-up call. I expect them to be much better prepared next week. 2
Stranded in Boston Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 (edited) We beat a really good team today, one that matched up well with us. They have great lines on both sides of the ball, and their defense tackled exceptionally well today. Rivers has always been accurate when he has time to throw, and with that stout OL, he was able to stare down his targets. Frank R was a bit over-aggressive with a few calls, but all-in-all he and his coordinators called a very good game and kept it close. Hats off to Frank ... But all that -- and we still won!
