IBTG81 Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 I wonder who gets the call up. Yeldon has been good when he touches the ball, so this should be interesting.
scuba guy Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 (edited) Williams more speed and acceleration But doubt there start a PS guy on the playpffs Edited January 9, 2021 by scuba guy 2
Special K Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 Covid might make that decision easier if Yeldon hasn’t cleared protocol.
Devilmann Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 I liked what Williams did against Miami I would like to see more to be honest. 3

Brianmoorman4jesus Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 Both. There are guys we don’t need that dress every week 11
RobbRiddick Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 Williams, but tell him over and over to HOLD ONTO THE BALL 2
Fixxxer Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 With the way we use the short passing game as a running game at times, Yeldon could be more versatile than Williams, but Williams is the more pure runner of the two. 5
wvbillsfan Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 Give me TJ. We don’t need a back to run the ball. We need a back to block and catch the ball. I don’t want Daboll to have grandiose ideas that we are a running team 16 4
Rc2catch Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 The only correct answer should be BOTH. If we have zero pass rush sit a D linemen and go ahead with 4 running backs active. I’m not cool with a possible singletary injury and ONLY a practice squad running back or Taiwan handling all the carries. We want Williams for power, cool, Yeldon has pass catching skills, cool. Dangerous game we play sometimes on the actives for gameday 3
Malazan Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 Williams. Not a huge fan of thrusting a rookie RB into the playoffs and trusting him not get the QB killed, but Yeldon scares me just as much as Williams does.. and I saw more from Williams than I did Yeldon. Yeldon could get the nod based on his blocking though. 1
bobobonators Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 First thing i thought when Moss went down was “now we get to see what Williams can do” 2

fergie's ire Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 Probably both, but I feel they NEED Williams. They don't seem to trust Singletary in those power running situations (goal line and toward the end of the game). I think Williams could feel that role...give them some angry runs.

Doc Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 It’s got to be Williams if they played him last weekend over Yeldon.
MasterStrategist Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 Honestly, Yeldon should be the choice, but but Williams is a Moss clone...so should be an interesting choice. Yeldon will likely win out with experience on his side
