Good guy, was a good OV, bad HC. His O success with Fitz shows that the game hasnt passed him by. Perhaps the org commitment to Tua disappointed him. When did he last work with a good QB ? Edit: looked it up . Late 90s with Aikman. Edited January 6, 2021 by Fan in Chicago 1
Charles Romes Posted January 6, 2021 Posted January 6, 2021 Chan is the master of making chicken salad out of chicken *. It’s a shame that no has taken notice and given him a chance with an elite QB. Look at what Nate Hackett has done in Green Bay. 5

4BillsintheBurgh Posted January 6, 2021 Posted January 6, 2021 Smells like not everyone thought starting Tua was a good idea. 4
scribo Posted January 6, 2021 Posted January 6, 2021 Words matter. The word chosen here is "resign." Not retire. This is likely Flores asking for Chan's resignation out of respect rather than firing him. 3
BillsFan130 Posted January 6, 2021 Posted January 6, 2021 (edited) Why do I get the sense gailey was not retained by the dolphins, and Miami did the classy thing by saying it was a resignation? I am just guessing they did that out of respect to chan and his seniority in the NFL. It just didn’t seem like him/Tua were a match. (Although I don’t know if anyone will be a match for Tua) Edited January 6, 2021 by BillsFan130 1
streetkings01 Posted January 6, 2021 Posted January 6, 2021 This will be Flores's downfall IMO, the inability to find a good OC. He's already onto his 3rd OC in 3 years.

Just think of what Belicheat would look like with no Tom Brady. Oh wait? Don’t think just look now. 1
Big Turk Posted January 6, 2021 Posted January 6, 2021 They reported he was fired yesterday and then retracted it. Wonder if he waa given the option to resign or be fired and he chose the former. 1
Rochesterian Bills Fan Posted January 6, 2021 Posted January 6, 2021 Welp I know its super early to even be thinking about this but I really don't think Miami will have much luck contending for the division next season.
