unbillievable Posted January 4, 2021 Posted January 4, 2021 If Daboll leaves, we should bring back Lynn. It wasn't a bad breakup when he left. I wonder if he is willing to come back. 3 4

Warcodered Posted January 4, 2021 Posted January 4, 2021 I mean he still has the binders. But I bet we go in house. 5 1
clayboy54 Posted January 4, 2021 Posted January 4, 2021 For Christ's sake, no. We don't need to change offensive philosophies with Josh now. If Daboll goes, we promote from within. 16 2 3
Just Joshin' Posted January 4, 2021 Posted January 4, 2021 What was it about his offense you liked? I do not recall him being a good OC. A great RB coach but an average OC at best. 1
Joe Ferguson Posted January 4, 2021 Posted January 4, 2021 Good God. I don't want any people involved with the drought years. 8 1
NoHuddleKelly12 Posted January 4, 2021 Posted January 4, 2021 No thanks--this offense is built to actually throw vertically downfield, not dink and dunk on 3rd & long.

gjv001 Posted January 4, 2021 Posted January 4, 2021 I'm hoping if Daboll gets a HC job, we promote from within a keep the Offensive system. 3
Call_Of_Ktulu Posted January 4, 2021 Posted January 4, 2021 Lynn sucks and I don’t want his input on anything offense on the Bills. Plus I don’t want a guy who would’ve started TT over Herbert, his evaluation skills are horrid. 1
JoPoy88 Posted January 4, 2021 Posted January 4, 2021 Not a unique opinion I know, but this is 100% a terrible idea. 3
unbillievable Posted January 4, 2021 Author Posted January 4, 2021 Lynn is well respected coach. He's a culture fit. Also, he would help the run game and short passing game; the Bills' (arguably) least effective facet of the offense. Not to Mention Herbert was still slinging the ball out there.
Heitz Posted January 4, 2021 Posted January 4, 2021 But we've heard of him! Not only do we have great candidates in-house, it would send a bad message to go outside the organization, rather than promote from within. I mean those guys have EARNED the job and learned at the hand of Daboll. Just how hiring should happen...
Royale with Cheese Posted January 4, 2021 Posted January 4, 2021 We definitely should bring him back. Josh threw 10 INT's this year which is a glaring sign we need to stop throwing the ball and just run it all the time. 3
