Hapless Bills Fan Posted January 4, 2021 Posted January 4, 2021 In case anyone is talkative enough about this game to fill up a thread
Warcodered Posted January 4, 2021 Posted January 4, 2021 The who gets to be eliminated by the Bucs game.
HalftimeAdjustment Posted January 4, 2021 Posted January 4, 2021 The concept that if WFT loses, the NYG win the division at 6-10 is just mind-boggling.
1ManRaid Posted January 4, 2021 Posted January 4, 2021 I'm torn between rooting for Alex Smith, and wanting a 6-10 team in the playoffs for the chance of a team making it to the Super Bowl still with a losing record. 1
TheCockSportif Posted January 4, 2021 Posted January 4, 2021 woof. I remember when the Bills would be like this week after week. I'm really glad that Alex Smith is back on the field after all that he went through, but my GOD how I loathe Dan Snyder. 1
BuffaloRebound Posted January 4, 2021 Posted January 4, 2021 Smith is a great story but he is so limited back there.
HappyDays Posted January 4, 2021 Posted January 4, 2021 This game determines if we play the Redskins or Giants next year. I'd prefer the Giants so I'm rooting for Philly tonight.
The Frankish Reich Posted January 4, 2021 Posted January 4, 2021 Alex can still make the throws (like that one just now) but he's a statue now. 5 minutes ago, HappyDays said: This game determines if we play the Redskins or Giants next year. BuffaloRebound Posted January 4, 2021 Posted January 4, 2021 Damn, Logan Thomas. Guess Beane can’t bat a thousand.
PetermansRedemption Posted January 4, 2021 Posted January 4, 2021 Logan Thomas has really turned into an above average football player.
Warcodered Posted January 4, 2021 Posted January 4, 2021 Logan Thomas out here showing everyone that maybe patience isn't such a bad thing with TEs.

Right. Took Rivera a while to convince Danny Snyder of the need to dump Haskins, but he eventually got there.
Helpmenow Posted January 4, 2021 Posted January 4, 2021 And why did the Bills give up on Logan Thomas. Looks good to me.

HalftimeAdjustment Posted January 4, 2021 Posted January 4, 2021 Alex Smith is already the obvious Comeback Player for this season. If he gets the Football Team into the playoffs, they should send his jersey to the HoF for display or something. I don't think there's much more of a comeback story, other than perhaps Peyton Manning.
Ed_Formerly_of_Roch Posted January 4, 2021 Posted January 4, 2021 So just saw Smith get taken down for a loss basically by the defender grabbing his foot and holding onto it till he went down. Got me thinking, if a defender did that to Allen, he is so strong, could see him taking his other foot and kicking the guys hand off him without losing balance to get away. Wondering if that's legal, can an offensive player kick a defender to break free? What would the call if illegal? 1

WFT owner and organization absolutely do not deserve the Alex Smith and Ron Rivera stories. 3 minutes ago, Ed_Formerly_of_Roch said: So just saw Smith get taken down for a loss basically by the defender grabbing his foot and holding onto it till he went down.
