His Wikipedia page has him as a professional football player of the Buffalo Bills. Just saying . . .

and Wikipedia allows anyone to edit/add new content to existing profiles/topics, whether fully corroborated or not.....just my .02

If healthy Stills brings some veteran savvy,  excellent deep ball tracking and decent contested catch skill to the Z or X position.

The past couple weeks Allen has thrown the best deep balls of his career.

Unfortunately Gabe Davis hasn't been very efficient on contested deep tosses.

He had one where he unnecessarily left his feet to catch a ball on the sidelines and got pushed out.............and he has had a couple where I thought he showed his inexperience when he he was in position to draw a couple PI calls at least and didn't do enough to sell it.

If they get in a track meet where they can't give away a possession Stills experience might really help.

This.  And I watched the NE game only once and live, but I thought Davis horribly misplayed the deep shot intended for him in that game.

Yes, but for public figures, usually they or their agent/PR guy monitor it and change it back if incorrect

Since listing him as a Buffalo Bill could potentially deter other offers I would think Stills PR guys would change it back if it weren't true

They could announce the signing.

I think the way it goes is:

1) work out off-site for limited number of staff/coaches

2) 5 days covid testing and isolation

3) enter facility, physical, sign

Weren't there a couple of deep shots to Davis?

One deep shot wasn't his fault, McCourty clearly interferred. Couldn't put that on Davis

I'm thinking of the one over the middle.  Probably a post.  Davis caught what would have been the TD but for the timeout, and it (obviously) wasn't that one -

Is that the one where the announcers were calling it a "good non-call" but he clearly had his arm hooked over Davis?  I think Davis could have done more to sell the DPI.  Beasley would have been nominated for an Oscar in the same circs.

The PI itself was blatant enough. Looking back at the ball is one thing, looking back while holding Davis' arms down tho

Well, I thought so, but obviously the ref didn't...hopefully Davis gets some acting lessons in the WR room this week

Yeah, I thought he mis-played that too, or Allen didn't throw it quite where he wanted to - but from what I remember I thought Davis probably got pushed off his route a bit

I think there were two. One down the middle of the field, and one down the sideline.

Both attempts it didn't see like he gave much of an effort. Joe marino commented on that as well.

Yeah, that's the one.  Fight through it or make it obvious that you're being prevented from fighting through it.  Not impressed with that play.
