Big Ben sucks now anyway, so maybe they'll be better.

Overall I agree but he looked good in the second half on Sunday. He needs to call the plays to get out of the 4-5 yard garbage.

Why would Tomlin even announce this so early? Makes no sense...

Because folks are going to figure it out when Ben is scratched from practice all week and Rudolph is getting 1st team snaps. Might as well get out ahead of it so there is no controversy.

Don't count them eggs as chickens yet, Fellow Fan

Last time the Mason Rudolph led Steelers played the Browns, Rudolph got whalloped upside his Haid with his own helmet.

I assume the Steelers players have opinions about that occurance.

Is this Tomlin giving them a chance at the Mason Rudolph Revenge Tour?

The Bills can beat ANYONE they'll face in the playoffs... but anyone of those teams can beat them too. I'd only give better odds to the Chiefs... and the Ravens. Because styles make fights, and the Ravens run heavy offense is obviously a bad match for the Bills D. Though at least the Bills O can outscore them.

So the Steelers are breaking the rules by not disclosing that injury during week 16?

Ok, sure.

No one has ever confused him with Tom Brady or Drew Brees when it comes to workout regime. He is rowing in the same boat as Jerome Bettis, who was always reported "to be in the best shape of his career" every year for the last 5 or so years of his career.
