Update: Beasley Out for Miami game. Beasley Injury Thread

Safe to say he won’t play Miami. I wonder if John Brown is activated and gets some action to get ready for the playoffs.

I consider it not great but not terrible either. 

 

He's telling you he's out this week and we'll see next week.  

 

Again, not ideal but could be worse.

Probably just not worth making it worse against the Phins with the Steelers resting their starters. Also gives them a chance to get some game reps without him in case he has to be out at some point in the Playoffs.

I’m looking at that again, it looks like the back of his right foot gets cleated.

 

I saw the trainers working the knee, but he drops with the corners cleat hits the back of his heel.

That’s it. He was asked about it again later and called it a Leg injury.

It looks like his heel gets cleated.

 

He takes a few steps after the big plant step which is where a big ligament injury would most likely happen.

 

The corners left foot clips Beasley’s right heel. It’s at that moment Beasley picks his foot up immediately and dives to the ground.

 

Thats why his feet were crossed when he attempted to get up and he stumbled. 

 

I know they were looking at the knee though on the sidelines, but he takes several steps after the big plant step so it doesn’t look like a “pop” injury.

I think week to week is an easy way for McD to say he’s out this week without having to say, he’s not playing this week.

 

Obviously we will have to wait for next Wednesday now
