He doesn’t appear to have any addiction issues like Manziel, just extreme immaturity issues. Although I do remember hearing rumors around the time of his drafting that Haskins’ father is a bit of a meddler and enabler. Probably not a good sign for the kid. Hey he’s still very young and I hope he gets another chance, but he’s gotta straighten some things out.

Ralonzo Posted December 29, 2020 Posted December 29, 2020 There was one bizarre sequence in the WFT game, I had the mute on, but after the benching and quite a few plays had been run, Haskins ran out on the field to the huddle to ostensibly take Heineken off the field. The huddle looked to be telling him, GTFO and pointed him back to the bench where he went and sat in front of the garage heater for the rest of the game. It didn't look like any of the coaches sent him, just like he went out there on his own or something.
Iverwig Posted December 29, 2020 Posted December 29, 2020 The main issue with Haskins is his immaturity and unfortunately for him playing so close to his hometown. Fields is much better player than Haskins but Fields will also need time to develop.
