Just ***** wonderful...terrible move McBeane:cry:

Yeah what are you doing Beane??  You let our #6 WR go like that?? I guess the seasons over now...there’s always next year folks.

This sucks. We are usually the tricky ones who pull this off.

This wouldn’t have happened in a normal season as I don’t think he’d have been eligible for PS coming back. Another covid-related casualty?

Q: What if he catches 3 TDs in the Super Bowl against us???

A: Josh Allen will just run for 4 TDs to counter

How is it Covid related?

Without Covid changes to waiving/claiming players off waivers, he’d have to have returned to the active roster which wouldn’t have made sense to begin with.

I wouldn’t expect him to but, can’t he decline? He would have to think he’s be called up for the Bills very soon.

I guess the active roster pay with NO would make it a no-brainer. Maybe they call ahead of time, like they did with Andre Roberts in the preseason, to ensure he’d sign.

No, he can’t decline. Plus, his path to playing time in Buffalo is looking bleak. He wasn’t going to see offensive snaps. He’s better off on another team right now.

Kumerow was seen at the WR Coach Chad Hall truck gift giving. He was part of special WR group. I wish him luck except when he meets us in the SB.

Threads like this always remind me why I prefer not to read threads like this.  Good luck #7 WR

Can he theoretically be taken from any team every week if he is released from an active roster?  Or does he have to stay with the Saints for a minimum time.

Good question... if they signed him from our practice squad, they need to to count him as part of their 53 man roster for 3 weeks minimum (or ‘til the end of the season).

For a waiver claim, I’m not sure!

Wonder what happens when Michael Thomas comes off IR?

I'm shocked how many people are upset by this. He had no production other than his td last week. John brown is a way better reciever and I'm assuming he'll be playing Monday night. Diggs, brown and beasley is a lethal combination.

Absolutely hilarious seeing Bills fans getting bent out of shape over losing our 6th WR to a waiver claim. Makes me long for the days when we were singing the praises of grabbing the Duke out of Canadian Siberia like he was some sort of answer to our WR woes. How far we’ve come.
