Big Turk Posted December 24, 2020 Posted December 24, 2020 (edited) Such a shame this guy can't ever seem to get his life in order. On the eve of being back in the NFL on a playoff team, he is busted for another substance abuse issue. How many chances does one guy get? At some point he just becomes another Johnny Manziel. Funny how both were drafted by the Browns. https://www.yahoo.com/sports/report-josh-gordon-setback-battle-033454349.html Edited December 24, 2020 by Big Turk 2
PromoTheRobot Posted December 24, 2020 Posted December 24, 2020 (edited) Wasn't he just activated to the Seahawks roster? Edited December 24, 2020 by PromoTheRobot
streetkings01 Posted December 24, 2020 Posted December 24, 2020 (edited) Sorry but this guy seems to get suspended every year.....never seen a guy get so many chances to screw up. Edited December 24, 2020 by streetkings01 2
Brianmoorman4jesus Posted December 24, 2020 Posted December 24, 2020 Just no reason to even keep bothering with this guy. He has no one to blame but himself. Give his spot to someone that takes it seriously enough to not continually screw it up. 1
whatdrought Posted December 24, 2020 Posted December 24, 2020 When you have the resources this guys has, and you’ve screwed up this many times, I’m not sure it can be called a battle anymore. It’s just him not wanting to fight. 4 1
Warcodered Posted December 24, 2020 Posted December 24, 2020 (edited) Well it can't be weed that's not illegal there and I don't think the League is getting after that anymore. Edited December 24, 2020 by Warcodered 1

machine gun kelly Posted December 24, 2020 Posted December 24, 2020 It’s too bad for the guy, but unfortunately addictions can ruin a persons life. I just hope someday he figures it out with help. I just can’t see the NFL giving him another chance. 1

The NFL might be testing him for it due to his status as a repeat offender. But I agree it is likely something else. 1

I’ve seen it in people I know and I’ve experienced it myself. He’s got all the advantages imaginable yet continually falls. If he was truly seeking to be free, he could hire a full time body man to follow him around and keep him out of the situations that he puts himself in. People with way less options and resources than him overcome addiction all the time. 2 2
NickelCity Posted December 24, 2020 Posted December 24, 2020 It sounds like Carrol said he might be able to play in week 16...are we jumping to conclusions?
Chandler#81 Posted December 24, 2020 Posted December 24, 2020 I’ll trade a roll of toilet paper for him. WAIT!😲 nevermind.. 1

Maybe Someday Posted December 24, 2020 Posted December 24, 2020 Hope he finally overcome his demons before it’s too late.

BobbyC81 Posted December 24, 2020 Posted December 24, 2020 No more chances for this guy. He needs to be banned for life. He can’t even get thru the evaluation period for reinstatement.
davefan66 Posted December 24, 2020 Posted December 24, 2020 Addiction is a terrible sickness. Too bad it has destroyed his career.
